Another busy week for that useless department. I see they are earning their tax dollars. Those look like reports just to make it look like they are justified to exist.
Well they might be useless as you call it but when’s the last time you saw a homeless encampment or homeless people panhandling on the corners in the city of Clayton? Yea never, they keep that particular garbage out of that city.
