Wondering if “EQUITY METRIC” is even legal ? ? ?

WCreaker March 16, 2021 - 5:19 PM - 5:19 PM

Everything is legal, Newsom is using his emergency powers to control what happens.

Sam March 16, 2021 - 9:08 PM - 9:08 PM

It’s totally NOT legal. Dude needs to be sued for violating our rights. These idiots think they are so smart. Screw the recall arrest this punk already.

While the Health Department is advocating all three of the vaccines to be equal in efficacy, they have not publicly stated that those that are fully vaccinated do not have to wear a mask…this is from the press release dated 3/15:
https://cchealth.org/press-releases/2021/0315-Joint-Statement-Vaccines.pdf

On another note, as of 3/15 the rolling 7 day positive per 100k is 5.2 if you click on the dashboard graph which means we are close to being in the orange…most likely within 2 weeks. The data above is from 3/1-3/7.

Happy Birthday, “15 days to slow the spread”!

Ok, MDUSD teachers union voted to walk back on campus on 3/29. But it is not for teaching!! Some kids will go back to school via a so-called Hybrid model for only 2 hours for independent study time. The actual class lessons will still be televised online via zoom! So why are the kids even commuting to school when the actual class lessons are still online?

Pookie March 16, 2021 - 6:31 PM - 6:31 PM

“Schools have been open since 2/9″… but Unions are involved soooooo…..anything other than opened full time 5 days a week, is not opened and shouldn’t be considered or reported as such.

I’ll repeat it again for all of you morons who think locking kids out of school with at home learning for a year was a great idea. My kids have been in school full time since October last year. No major outbreaks, no dead teachers, no dead or hospitalized staff or students. The kids have been so happy at the school. I see them all happy and laughing together every day when I pick my kids up. Go get your vaccine shot so you low I.Q California voters can open up in the green tier and 100% capacity. A bunch of lemming fools. The government should be telling all of you fat over weight morons to get healthy, lose weight, eat better and take care of your bodies as the best way to prevent Wuhan -19 hospitalization and death, not a vaccine no one knows the long term effects of on the human body. Two thirds of Americans obese. A bunch of fat slobs. I see lots of women who weight more than I do everywhere I go! Keep eating that greasy cheeseburger and stay on those insulin and cholesterol meds.

There is no green tier. Gavin said we’ll never go back to normal because that would mean accepting inequity. I’m not sure what that is going to mean for our everyday lives, but it will likely suck.

This is why we’re taking out of state scouting trips to find a new state to move to.

I hope Biden has explanation for this during his “Press Conference”
Illegal immigrants who were apprehended by immigration officials did not receive COVID-19 tests before being released into the U.S.

During a House Homeland Security Committee hearing on Wednesday about the crisis at the U.S. border, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas admitted that illegal immigrants apprehended and subsequently released into the United States did not receive COVID-19 tests.
