According to the Concord Police, the report shown above only includes approved reports. Some burglary reports might not be written or completely approved, which is why they are not included in this post.

Wonder how many other victims thee are who realized the futility of reporting a crime and didn’t bother?
I wish they would separate the legal thefts and burglaries from the illegal ones . Thefts and burglaries are legal in Contra Costa County as long as they steal stuff that’s worth under $300 .
