I don’t see very many people with facial coverings. San Franciscans must think themselves immune, like in the early days of HIV.

concord ygnacio April 6, 2020 - 9:18 PM - 9:18 PM

The purpose of masks is to prevent spreading of the virus to others, not to protect yourself. Wearing a mask does not protect you.

concord ygnacio – that’s dated and incorrect info, proper masks do help prevent you from getting it.

anonamel April 6, 2020 - 11:33 PM - 11:33 PM

If you’re around other people, at all, you can get it and probably will sooner or later… Healthcare workers are in isolation kits and are still contracting it, but if a mask helps you sleep at night go for it.

Facial masks doesn’t make you immune, buddy.
Just a precaution if you have a cold or want to avoid being exposed to others with a cold.
Best course of action is avoid people at peak hours when shopping for groceries, etc.

Concord ygnacio is being misinformed, a good mask will help to prevent breathing in any germs. The main problem with the untrained general public is they will adjust the mask while wearing it, and probably remove it with their contaminated hands. So if you’re
going to wear a mask, just remember not to touch it or remove it until you wash your hands.

I’m all for social distancing and having patience… I do notice that there is always someone who doesn’t pay attention or just has a bad attitude… be careful and helpful and it will all work out

I’m all for social distancing also. In fact, I am fine with a permanent policy post crisis. Safety first.

Hmm, wonder if it would work for sales after Thanksgiving ? ?

0:52 – Look at the feet of the blue jacket girl & black hat guy. They are not 6 feet apart.

1:45 – It’s complicated enough but you had to bring your dog?

1:54 – He keeps touching his face by adjusting his scarf.

This is why it keeps spreading so fast. Some people are just incapable of learning.

When the Government starts treating us like children…It’s time to wake up!
Everyone should not be punished for stupid actions by the uneducated, narcissist people out there..
They are now paying to snitch…so watch out!

So what’s the story? 100 let in? 20? 65 and older in for free? Cover charge? I don’t understand….just a random picture with no content.

What if you don’t believe in any of this.

Here’s how I avoid the lines: I have a robot. I send it into the store as a virtual shopper while I wait in my car. I monitor the robot on an an app I built myself from my car. One problem. the robot has some magnetic parts, and at times cans of food stick to it. Especially beans. I now have lots of extra beans. I don’t like canned beans. So I am thinking about switching to grocery delivery.
