The upside of COVID-19, residential burglaries are down.
The downside, lots of new cars parked to rifle through, which used to be commuting,

I also wonder if there will be more commercial burglaries because a lot of businesses are closed at this time.

Crime has actually gone down significantly since everybody, including the criminals, is locked down at home.
