The home is uninhabitable, Dutter said.

Interesting. Apparently, there is no 242 Greenwich Drive. The street addresses go 236, 240, 244 and 248 and the other side are, of course, odd addresses.

That’s because it burned down. Duh.

That’s because it is 204 Greenwich. FD should have vetted information before issuing any press releases.

Sounds like a arson. That’s the 2nd “uninhabitable” home to catch fire, just a few days apart, I would be suprised if it was the homeless

Uninhabitable just means the homeowners can’t stay there after the fire. Uninhabited would mean the home was supposed to be empty.

I believe the home is “uninhabitable” do to the fire.

This home is directly behind my house. This home HAD a family living in it. THIS WAS NOT A VACANT PROPERTY! The home is NOW uninhabitable as the fire has destroyed every inch of it. So sad for this family and praying everyone, including children and pets are safe and unharmed.
