Just not safe to have a car in Concord Ridiculous, this catch and release needs to stop and thieves held accountable for there actions

This is actually true, that the Democrats all support crminals running around. They think people of color should not be jailed under the guise of ‘social justice’. Republicans at state level have been trying to tighten the laws, but the Dems, who control, won’t have it. I guess us hardworking citizens dont mater, and will just have to suffer while another failed demoratic policy keeps being pushed and renewed.
