Santa’s Claus is coming to town on Saturday Dec.7 at 10 a.m.
Santa’s greeting at Buchanan Field Airport in Concord will happen behind the Crowne Plaza Hotel, located at 45 John Glenn Dr.
Santa will hand out candy canes and give all the kids an opportunity to get their picture taken with him, free of charge.
In the event of rain, Santa will take pictures inside the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
Santa and his helpers would appreciate it if everyone wanting a picture could bring a non-perishable food item or a monetary donation for the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano.

It was wonderful. They charged nothing for the photos with Santa. Sun Valley Malls Santa charges 40 dollars for a picture They had an Elf and a few nutcrackers set up. They kept people off the back wall so as to not ruin the background of your Santa photos. They handed out candy canes and had a donation box for the needy. It was very nice. Good job done by all.
