Haven’t seen these reports in a while. Where can Concord residents obtain these reports?
I live behind Ace Hardware on Clayton Rd and there are always shady looking people skateboarding or bike riding just looking into garages and cars, checking out what’s available. The drug problem is scary in this neck of Concord.
