The Democrats just passed a bill in Congress forcing schools to allow boys to compete in girls’ sports. Is it just me, or has the world gone nuts?

Ricardoh May 18, 2019 at 7:19 AM

Nutty as a fruit cake.

Justifiable anger May 20, 2019 at 7:16 AM

Where are the feminists on this issue? I can’t believe they would roll over for this one.

Fred P. May 20, 2019 at 9:38 AM

@justifiable – well, they wanted “equality”…..

Guess they didn’t realize that equality works both ways. Hence, the name…

Anon May 20, 2019 at 11:09 AM

They got used as useful idiots and are no longer needed.
Notice that they are also silent on ‘ My body, My choice’ in regards to mandatory vaccinations.

Justifiable anger May 20, 2019 at 2:50 PM

Fred P.: Well, I can’t help but think a Democrats version of equality is different from a traditional females version. In any case, a genetic female is not equal in strength for the most part. This trend of enforced gender blending is beyond stupid. It is disrespectful to both men and women.

In any case, female athletes just got kicked in the gut.

Dr. Jellyfinger May 24, 2019 at 7:03 PM

@ JA…………”Where are the feminists on this issue? I can’t believe they would roll over for this one”.

LoL!

Ricardoh May 18, 2019 at 7:25 AM

Many countries have developed high-speed rail to connect major cities, including Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Israel, Italy, Japan, Morocco, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Uzbekistan.
However the liberal run California has none. Not only that they started one and couldn’t finish it and then blamed the president for wanting his money back. Do you get it yet?

HappyPappy May 18, 2019 at 8:28 AM

Momma always said; Life Is Like a Box of Incompetent Democrats, You Never Know What You Gonna Get.

Captain Bebops May 18, 2019 at 9:34 AM

As I have mentioned many times before many of those countries developed high speed rail decades ago and at a time when it was affordable to develop. Also keep in mind that most of the countries are small just a little larger than some US states. They are also more population dense and high speed rail makes more sense.

California is large and spread out and only some of it is population dense. There was probably no really good reason to have high speed rail here as long as highways were kept up and air travel cheap. During the 1990s it was easy to book a last minute flight between here and Los Angeles. You didn’t need to get to the airport extra early. 9/11 killed the air travel option for many.

I also recall back during the dot com boom that when non tech staff at the local tech companies could not local housing or driven out by rising rents a high speed train was recommended from Silicon Valley to the Central Valley. When it was recommended the tech companies chip in to finance it the idea was dropped.

Ricardoh May 18, 2019 at 10:30 AM

Captain Bebops whats your point? Why start a many billion dollar project before it is thought out. We wasted a billion dollars and left holes in the ground. That is pepe poor thinking by a two term elected democrat.

Captain Bebops May 18, 2019 at 1:37 PM

Ricardoh, my point should be fairly obvious. High speed rail in California wouldn’t have cost billions of dollars back in the 1980s when other countries were implementing it. Just look at how long it took to get a new Bay Bridge and how the cost skyrocketed. That should have been done within 5 years of Loma Prieta. If high speed rail had been built 30 years ago it would be an available option for travel though not as fast as air travel before 9/11. We can also blame “The Big Three” for making California a car travel state which really needed better mass transit.

Dr. Jellyfinger May 18, 2019 at 3:19 PM

Gotta disagree with you Captain… California has a very dense population… practically all of them Democrats.

Sick of it May 18, 2019 at 3:33 PM

Any project done in the last 20 years in California has run way over budget with problems. Look at the Bay Bridge almost 6 times over budget and now has a high maintenance cost from poor materials being used. The democrats can’t run anything except CA into the ground

Always Right May 18, 2019 at 7:36 AM

Life is complicated. In the case of a mom and her unborn baby there are two lives intimately connected for 9 months. To willfully ignore the humanity of the child even at 8 weeks gestation (heartbeat, brainwaves, fingers, toes, etc.) is wrong by every ethical and moral measure I can think of. New technology shows the level of rapid development early in pregnancy, yet “progressives” stick their head in the sand and try to ignore ultrasounds and other scientific evidence.

Just as we have a moral obligation to protect the youngest child in her/his formative stages, we also have a moral and ethical obligation as a society to care for the mom in her heroic nine month journey.

Every pro-life person I know supports increased help for families with young children, and expanded adoption services for women unable or unwilling to care for the baby. Killing the child, even in the rare cases of rape or incest, is fighting evil with evil. We should be better than that!

Now some militant feminists will try to disqualify my opinion because I am a man. That is just sexism. Up until very recently, it was only men who were forced to go fight and die in wars. 99.99% of all military casualties are men. Should women not have been allowed an opinion on war? Should women not have been allowed a vote on war? Same with abortion. It affects us all, even though one gender bears a disproportionate impact.

I am NOT going to be silenced on this issue by the pro-abortionists because of my gender. It is time for women and men with compassion and concern for the youngest and most vulnerable human beings to speak up against this holocaust.

HappyPappy May 18, 2019 at 8:46 AM

A R –
Wow! That is a hard-hitting impact-full comment. I agree with everything you wrote.
Just for the sake of argument (and only for the sake of argument) I raise the question; if women have the ability / right to create life shouldn’t they also have the ability / right to terminate life.
That is the question our courts must deal with. I believe it will NEVER be satisfactorily decided.

Always Right May 18, 2019 at 9:50 AM

@HappyPappy – thank you and in response to your question the answer is no. No person – even a care giver as intimately connected to a helpless person as a mother is to her unborn baby – has a right to kill.

Unborn babies with their own beating hearts are not some sort of property. They cannot be bought and sold or killed by their owners like slaves were 200 years ago. They are human beings deserving of constitutional protection.

The “Missouri Compromise” voted on last week is probably the closest we can come to a Consensus decision on this issue. Let the detection of a heartbeat be the new legal standard for constitutional protection.

Ricardoh May 18, 2019 at 9:53 AM

I am not a pro abortionist but how would you like to find out you were the results of a rape or incest? How would you like to raise a product of you being raped? These pregnancies should be terminated as quickly as possible.
To me this fight against abortion is mistimed. Right now the most important thing for the country is the Republicans taking back the house in 2020 and this abortion madness will pretty much assure that will not happen. We had an advantage when democrats passed bills to abort nearly full term babies and now we will lose the issue.

Always Right May 18, 2019 at 12:38 PM

@Ricardoh – abortion is always the #1 issue for the democrat party. It is the most important sacrament in the democrat catechism. The Republican Party is (finally) standing strong on the other side.

2020 will be about abortion. Just like 2016, 2012, etc.

As far as rape is concerned, even the strictest laws allow a victim almost two months post-rape to see the doctor and eliminate and possibility of pregnancy. This should be a non-issue.

As far as incest is concerned, we have plenty of people on long waiting lists to adopt newborns in this country. No woman is being required to keep a baby she does not want.

Not a Trump Fan May 18, 2019 at 4:32 PM

That mostly men are making these decisions about women’s bodies is wrong. @AR, the new Alabama law does NOT make exceptions for rape or incest. The fact that the doctor can be incarcerated for up to 99 years if he/she performs an abortion for a rape victim while the rapist is incarcerated for a fraction of that is not fair or sane. Additionally, why should a rape victim also be subjected to a life sentence to raise said child?

As a victim of child abuse, thankfully I wasn’t impregnated but if I had been, there is no way I would have wanted to have that child let alone at 12 years old. As someone who has actually had a child, suggesting that a woman carry and birth a child just to give it up doesn’t have a clue how difficult that would be. And for a bunch of men to force any woman to do so under any circumstances is impervious to the difficulty of a very personal decision. Bottom line is if you don’t believe in having an abortion, don’t have one but every woman should have the right to make that decision for themselves especially if a pregnancy occurs as a result of rape or incest.

Always Right May 18, 2019 at 7:27 PM

@Not a Trump Fan – sorry to hear about your experience as a child. Should never happen.

As I mentioned earlier, rape victims don’t wait several months into pregnancy to report the crime. They report it immediately or they don’t report it at all. Your argument is a red herring. Rape victims can still go to the doctor a few weeks after the rape and make 100% sure they are not pregnant.

You say it is too difficult to give up a child for adoption so it is better for the mom to have the unborn baby killed. Please think about that for a moment.

ClayDen May 18, 2019 at 8:48 PM

@Always Right
Well said. Whenever a pro-abortionist says they want to protect “a woman’s right to choose,” they always seem to leave off the last part: “to choose to kill her baby.”

Atticus Thraxx May 20, 2019 at 4:25 PM

“Militant feminists” or people who understand basic biology. My problem with your diatribe first is the arrogance. You claim ethical and/or moral superiority. Based on what? Your religious teachings? Your morals only apply to me in your mind. Have an opinion, by all means. But you and yours don’t get to decide for me and mine what’s moral and what’s not.
You then go on to draw a false equivalence between war and conscription practices 40 years ago and your claimed right to deny woman absolute reproductive autonomy. That’s as thin as a Communion wafer. Rejected, does not apply.
Then the ‘ol “It’s sexism!” card. Had to be played I guess as everyone is a victim now. Have your wages clamped because of your gender and your reproductive rights controlled by the opposite sex and THEN come talk about sexism.
Religious fanatics are free to practice as they see fit, assemble in their glory, preach and testify if they must, but they should never be anywhere near government making policy. Case in point.
And to top it all off how about a big bowl full of everyone minding their own dang business? A little bit of that goes a long way too.

Always Right May 20, 2019 at 10:37 PM

@Atticus –
You immediately attack my comments and attempt to disqualify them based on my religion…as if there is something wrong about having a moral or ethical opinion informed by a religious faith. You’re mistaken, my friend.

In a democracy, government policy is always an expression of the moral and ethical values of the voters. You just can’t take morality out of the public sphere.

You see, every voter has a religion, including you, Atticus. It is your unique world view. It may not be a named religion, but it informs your decisions and defines your “morality”.

On this issue – restrictions on abortion after a human heartbeat has been confirmed by scientific observation – we cannot both have the moral high ground.

If you think killing a child in their mothers womb – chopping her up into pieces without anesthetic – watching her recoil in pain as her limbs are pulled off – is moral then I just have to disagree. And on this issue, I assure you I am Always Right.

Rollo Tomasi May 21, 2019 at 8:33 AM

“Bottom line is if you don’t believe in having an abortion, don’t have one…”

I’ve always said the exact same thing about firearms. Guess which one is ACTUALLY mentioned in the Constitution?

Feminist May 21, 2019 at 9:08 AM

We need more feminists like Alabama Governor Kay Ivey!

Rollo Tomasi May 21, 2019 at 3:34 PM

“And to top it all off how about a big bowl full of everyone minding their own dang business? A little bit of that goes a long way too.”

I agree, but tell us – at what point is it incumbent on society to protect innocent life?

Gittyup May 24, 2019 at 2:09 PM

This gives individuals even more incentive to immediately report rape and incest, in which case medical interventions are available to abort a fertilized egg before it develops into a fetus with a detectable heartbeat. It is not as if victims of rape and incest are being forced to carry a fetus to full term by these laws.

HappyPappy May 18, 2019 at 9:03 AM

Showing us again that he’s a liar, deluded, or both, Crazy Uncle Joe Biden stated on TV that the Obama administration “had not a whisper of scandal” during eight years in the White House.
Pssssst, hey Joe…..did you forget …………….
IRS targeting of conservative 501(c)(3) nonprofits
The $500-million Solyndra scam admitted to by secretary of energy Steven Chu
A G Eric-the-crook-Holder held in contempt for lying to Congress
Mass domestic spying by the NSA
Illegal DOJ investigations of journalists
Complete mismanagement of the war in Syria
Transferring $1.7 billion in cash to Iran, so huge it required pallets to move
The Benghazi cover-up by the beast hilary
Operation Fast & Furious running guns to mexico
Secretary of state Hillary Clinton’s pay-for-play scam with foreign governments
Falsified Veterans Administration documents after patients died waiting to be seen
The list could easily be three times as long. It could include Crazy Joe Biden, as V P, pressuring Ukraine into firing its top prosecutor, who, at the time, was investigating illegal activity by his own son, Hunter Biden.

Justin Amash is a libertarian Republican who joined 161 Democrats to oppose a Constitutional amendment that would require a yearly balanced budget.

In 2014 , “Amash voted against the reauthorization of the Patriot Act, favored a measure to repeal indefinite detention, and opposed reauthorization of the FISA Amendments Act.”

California Republican Congressman Devin Nunes called Amash “Al Qaeda’s best friend in Congress”.

In July 2018 House Republicans introduced a resolution supporting the officers and personnel of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Amash was the only Republican in the chamber to vote against the resolution.

In December 2018 Amash was one of eight House Republicans to vote against a stopgap government funding bill that included $5.7 billion in border wall funding.

Amash and fellow U.S. Representative Ted Lieu (D-CA) introduced a bill to block the Drug Enforcement Administration from financing its Cannabis Eradication Program through civil asset forfeitures.

In July 2018 Amash was the only member of the U.S. House to vote against creating a three-digit suicide prevention hotline.

And now he wants Trump impeached?
I’m shocked!

But this guy’s opinion is “All we need to know about Trump” according to Randy.

If a publicly traded company were run as this state is mismanaged there would be shareholder lawsuits and probably federal investigations. As is liberal politicians running this state end up getting reelected only to repeat their so called public service without consequences.

Even the reduced train to nowhere is a financial disaster.
Revised cost of the supposed high speed rail service to the meccas of Bakersfield and Merced is estimated to be a little over $20.3 billion.

More accurate description would be career swamp politicians fear that Americans are tired of their corrupt way of life and abuse of their legislative power.

Swamp dweller politicians are more interested in catering to their campaign contributors and couching contributor goals in supposed concern for their constituents all helped along by a complicate liberal media. For those who bother to care, take note of coordinated phraseology and core ideas put forth by media and liberal politicians almost simultaneously.

Is unfortunate so many short attention span liberal voters care more about what’s available to watch and how many signal strength bars their hand held electronics have than they are in being informed and responsible voters.

Original G May 20, 2019 at 7:35 PM

All candidate selections on ballots should include a box which states “None of the above”, if that box receives 80 percent of the votes cast then those candidates are out and new candidates must run for election. Especially here in CA.

A federal judge has ruled against the president of the United States Monday after he unleashed his legal team on the House Oversight Committee to try and stop them from attaining his financial records.

“It is simply not fathomable,” the judge wrote, “that a Constitution that grants Congress the power to remove a President for reasons including criminal behavior would deny Congress the power to investigate him for unlawful conduct — past or present — even without formally opening an impeachment inquiry.”

It’s a damn shame that Trump supporters elected this clown who has no respect at all for the Constitution of the United States and has the mentality of being a dictator. It’s sad to see how low the Republican party has stooped, the party of law & order who now has turn their backs on dignity, character, and trustworthiness and now has reverted to outright corruption

I guess that infers the Democrats are NOT the party of law & order – as can be seen by the violence and demonstrations perpetrated by their members.

And randy fails to note that the democrats have turned THEIR backs on dignity, character, and trustworthiness and now have reverted to outright corruption.

Deutsche Bank Staff Saw Suspicious Activity in Trump and Kushner Accounts

May 19, 2019
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Anti-money-laundering specialists at Deutsche Bank recommended in 2016 and 2017 that multiple transactions involving legal entities controlled by Donald J. Trump and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, be reported to a federal financial-crimes watchdog.

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/05/19/business/deutsche-bank-trump-kushner.amp.html

Dr. Jellyfinger May 21, 2019 at 10:27 AM

From the article you posted :

“Real estate developers like Mr. Trump and Mr. Kushner sometimes do large, all-cash deals, including with people outside the United States, any of which can prompt anti-money laundering reviews. The red flags raised by employees do not necessarily mean the transactions were improper. Banks sometimes opt not to file suspicious activity reports if they conclude their employees’ concerns are unwarranted”.

So Randy….show us something real, an actual charge of corruption needs to be based on some factual evidence, not mere “suspicion”.

We’ve already had boatloads of Democrat suspicions, guesswork, fantasies, fiction, rumors, fraudulent dossiers, accusations, probes, investigations, desperate concoctions and your endless obsession for impeachment…. all of it without any evidence of any wrong doing..

“Our president is the divider-in-chief”

“If the American people want a president to add to our division, to lead with a clenched fist, closed hand and a hard heart, to demonize opponents and spew hatred, they don’t need me,” Biden said in a raised voice. “They’ve got President Donald Trump.”

“President Trump inherited an economy from an Obama/Biden administration that was given to him — just like he inherited everything else in his life. And just like everything else he has been given in life, he is in the process of squandering that as well.”

“Our President embraces dictators and tyrants like Putin and Kim Jong Un.”

“America already has someone who would “add more divisions,” or “demonize” his opponents in Trump”

Randy May 21, 2019 at 4:29 PM

It’s very clear that if you have anything to do with Donald Trump his business or his charity one should take extreme care and document everything. Deutsche bank is in a world of hurt and is under scrutiny, Sarah Sanders can’t find employment other than her very temporary position as press secretary. Michael Cohen is ruined and is going to prison, Michael Flynn is going to prison,Paul Manafort Is ruined and is in prison..Roger Stone will probably wind up in prison..Attorney General Barr is being held in contempt and Don McGahn is probably going to be held in contempt.

So, if the country is being overrun by thousands if not millions of illegal immigrants, please advise how the placing of a few hundred asylum seekers will even be noticed in a county that is already more than 50 percent Hispanic to begin with.

slagheap May 22, 2019 at 9:59 PM

gee willikers, claycord gun nuts & assorted whack jobs, i’m losing track of how many lawsuits and tax fraud investigations are swirling around the NRA:
https://www.nytimes.com/2019/05/22/us/nra-ackerman-mcqueen.html

Dr. Jellyfinger May 23, 2019 at 8:49 AM

Meanwhile all is well with the Democrats as their party shows no signs of division or scandal (LoL!) while sailing confidently towards victory in 2020 knowing full well that the NRA’s internal strife will certainly lead to…. uh… hmmm.. how do the NRA’s problems affect politics?
Is it all Trump’s fault?
Are all the members going to start voting for the Socialists now or what?

Rollo Tomasi May 23, 2019 at 9:16 AM

Perhaps eventually an NRA member will respond to one of your comments with the expression of fear and horror that you seem to be seeking. Good luck.

PS – if you really want to worry about a boogeyman under your bed, check out GOA. Not yet as well funded, but far more committed to the cause.

Dr. Jellyfinger May 23, 2019 at 9:21 AM

Nancy Pel00si just finished with her latest diatribe for all the drooling reporters.
Nancy accused the President of a coverup… of what, she could not say.
She also claimed Trump is guilty of obstruction of justice, but no details.

Why all the secrecy?…. or is this just more of the “Resist” movements slimy tactics to harass the President?

If Nancy has more evidence on Trump than Mueller and his army of left wing agents could find in 2 years and millions of dollars spent investigating
anything & everything about Trump… well bring it on!

We’re waiting…..

Randy May 23, 2019 at 9:53 AM

The easiest way for trump to end this is give them what they want. . Unless he’s hiding illegal activities.

Gittyup May 24, 2019 at 1:59 PM

Someone needs to tell Pelosi to hike up her bra straps. She’s looking a little old and tired these days.

Dr. Jellyfinger May 24, 2019 at 3:35 PM

I noticed that too.
She’s battling gravity and gravity is winning.
Those things will be a trip hazard within a year.

Randy May 24, 2019 at 4:13 PM

Pelosi is 79

Trump is 72

A problem they share in common.

Dr. Jellyfinger May 24, 2019 at 6:46 PM

Trump is tripping over his moobs?

Forsythe May 23, 2019 at 10:50 AM

@Dr. Jellyfinger: Pelosi and her Democrat cronies are running scared. Attorney General Barr is moving quickly. Some nuggets from TheHill.com:

AG Barr’s reference to “spying” indicates where he’s headed. The wailing that followed, and the finger-pointing that has emerged is telling.

Barr is zeroing in on the dossier, and the actions of the FBI and CIA. As they start to feel the heat, they are using CNN, MSNBC and other public media platforms to coordinate their stories. This type of witness activity is troubling.

AG Barr is looking at CIA confidential “assets,” that cozied up to Carter Page and George Papadopoulos. Both were announced as Trump campaign members in March 2016. An interesting cast of characters associated with the CIA long before the FBI counterintelligence investigation was officially launched, started to show up in their lives. The CIA has clear restrictions regarding using assets against Americans.

Christopher Steele’s dossier points to Russian intelligence colluding with the Hillary campaign.

The Democrats are dealing with an elephant that’s not just in the room but is sitting uncomfortably in their laps.

Dr. Jellyfinger May 24, 2019 at 8:19 AM

Good call Forsythe!

Trump just gave Barr authority to release all documents related to the investigation into surveillance activities during the 2016 Presidential election.

That should include FISA warrants, the dossier, and everything else you mentioned.

I wonder how many deep state rats will be cutting deals in exchange for testimony?.

Not a Trump Fan May 23, 2019 at 1:56 PM

Just watched Liar-in-chief espouse “alternative facts” about who is actually paying for the China trade tariffs and the Farmer’s bailout. Either he’s dumb as a bag of rocks or he’s a liar or both. Either way he is again misleading the American people. We, the tax payers, are 100% paying for these tariffs and the bailout which is a direct result of Trump’s so-called “deal making” ability. He wants us to believe that China pays the tariffs to the US government. That’s not how tariffs work.

THE BLACK KNIGHT May 23, 2019 at 7:35 PM

Not a Trump Fan,

It depends on if the imported items were shipped by the foreign exporter as “Delivery Duty Paid” or “Delivery Duty Unpaid.” The sales agreement reached between exporters and importers determines whether the exporter has paid the tariffs or the importer has paid the tariffs. According to Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, while testifying before a House Committee today, tariffs are being paid by Chinese exporters, but I’m unaware of the percentage of tariffs being paid by Chinese exporters versus American importers. Also, just because an item has a tariff applied to it, it doesn’t mean the importer has forwarded that tariff on to the consumer. It all depends on what the specific imported goods are, the price of the goods, the quantity of the goods, the margin of profit the importer is willing to accept when selling the goods to the consumer, and if the consumer is willing to pay for the item that has an increased price due to a tariff.

Not a Trump Fan May 24, 2019 at 11:57 AM

Even Kudlow admitted that US consumers will primarily pay for the tariffs. Just keep watching as a lot of what we buy ticks upward. And I find it hilarious that you think these companies won’t pass along the tariff they pay. Just look at how these corporations handled the massive tax cuts they received. Most companies enriched themselves and their shareholders and not their employees or customers. Plus China will just find other markets to buy things such as soybeans and those US Farmers may never recover from that lost business.

Not a Trump Fan May 23, 2019 at 2:13 PM

How does it not bother Trump supporters that he is going to such lengths to keep his tax returns from being released? I want to know what he is hiding. He sold his supporters a bill of goods before the 2016 election when he said he’d release them “as soon as they were done being audited.” Now he’s saying that he will never release his taxes because the American people elected him anyway without releasing them. This is just another “Mexico will pay for the wall” promise. This tax payer wants to see them. If he has nothing shady to hide, then why not just shut everyone up and release them?

Chicken Little May 23, 2019 at 2:48 PM

It’s only the Trump haters who even care. His tax returns from before he was elected really don’t matter. He’s probably keeping them a secret just because Democrats want them so badly. He’ll eventually end up having to release them and they’ll most likely turn out to be a big fat nothingburger that Democrats will make a huge deal out of, in an attempt to justify their obsession. He didn’t sell anybody a bill of goods, but he makes Democrats look like idiots on a daily basis.

Rollo Tomasi May 23, 2019 at 5:07 PM

I would go to the same lengths to prevent my returns from being released. Does it mean I’m hiding something? No – it means they’re none of your f**king business.

THE BLACK KNIGHT May 23, 2019 at 7:00 PM

Not a Trump Fan,

“If he has nothing shady to hide, then why not just shut everyone up and release them?”

If he released his taxes it wouldn’t “shut everyone up,” it would only give his opposition more to make claims about, whether those claims would be true or false. His taxes are much more complicated than the taxes of the average American, which only gives his opposition more to make true and/or false claims about. He’s better off not releasing his taxes, because it’s a no-win situation for him!!!

To be fair, his 2016, 2017, and 2018 taxes have been or are being audited by the IRS, as all sitting Presidents and sitting Vice Presidents are subjected to mandatory audits, due to a 40+ year old law. As a result of the law, he can still make the claim that his taxes are being “audited.”

Randy May 23, 2019 at 8:05 PM

CPA firms audit multinational corporations in 3 months. Those are just as complicated. He’s stonewalling for reasons we will all know soon enough.

Gittyup May 23, 2019 at 9:38 PM

If Trump had something shady to hide, I’m sure IRS would have done something about it by now. Democrats have simply lost their minds that someone not a crusty politician got elected. They can’t let it go. They have put so much energy into it, they don’t have time to do anything else. Their “party” is fractured beyond repair as evidenced by the shear number of completely unknown candidates they have lined up to challenge Trump in the next election. Pelosi simply cannot unify the “party.” The Democrat’s “party” is over.

Not a Trump Fan May 24, 2019 at 11:43 AM

@Nunya,
“If he had done something wrong it is likely the IRS would have caught it.” While this is hopefully true, what we want to know is who he was doing business with and it absolutely does matter who it was before he was elected. That’s why it’s been standard practice that presidential candidates have released up to 10 years of tax returns before elections. Transparency should be required to run the most powerful country in the world.

Rollo Tomasi May 24, 2019 at 12:30 PM

“While this is hopefully true, what we want to know is who he was doing business with and it absolutely does matter who it was before he was elected.”

If the business was done in a legal manner, who cares? I understand that you and the leftists think Trump is owned by Russia. How do you explain the laundry list of tough actions (especially relative to Obama’s actions) undertaken by the Trump administration towards Russia? Sanctions, removal of diplomats, military strikes against Russians allied with Syria, arms support to Ukrainians battling Russian separatists….

Not a Trump Fan May 23, 2019 at 2:27 PM

Oh there was plenty of “collusion;” over 200 lied about contacts with Russians. It was found that they could not prove that there was a conspiracy to work with Russians in their election interference efforts. Just DT Jr’s Trump Tower meeting shows that they were willing to “collude” with Russians.

Rollo Tomasi May 23, 2019 at 5:14 PM

So contact equals collusion? Did Obama collude with the Russians in Seoul in 2012?

Fred P. May 23, 2019 at 8:19 PM

Cry, randy, cry!!!

Now tell yo momma to fix you another hot pocket….

Gittyup May 23, 2019 at 10:00 PM

Hot Pockets? She’s got him on a Pizza Roll diet. He can dunk them in his sippy cup.

Fred P. May 23, 2019 at 9:29 PM

Hell, Trump could show EVERYTHING and the democrats would still claim he’s hiding something.

Just a bunch of sore LOSERS!

I want to know how Pelosi made her MILLIONS on $175k per year.

Justifiable anger May 24, 2019 at 5:39 AM

Maybe we’ll get lucky and he will give them the moon.

As for Pelosis millions, insider information. Martha Stewart was jailed for less.

Dr. Jellyfinger May 24, 2019 at 8:31 AM

Congressional insider trading was legal, but then Obama made it illegal
(kind of) but then Congress voted to make it really difficult for anyone to see what stock trades they were actually making so technically, they are still doing insider trading legally.

https://www.investmentu.com/article/detail/55695/why-congressional-insider-trading-legal-profitable#.XOgMoY9lCUk

Gittyup May 24, 2019 at 1:54 PM

Martha got a bum rap. I hope Trump pardons her and expunges the conviction from her record. Martha Stewart spending time in jail for insider trading … ridiculous!

Dr. Jellyfinger May 23, 2019 at 10:49 PM

Well…. it looks like Trump is going to offer up some info…. the stuff the Democrats were crying for him NOT to release.

Press secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement:

“Today, at the request and recommendation of the Attorney General of the United States, President Donald J. Trump directed the intelligence community to quickly and fully cooperate with the Attorney General’s investigation into surveillance activities during the 2016 Presidential election.

“The Attorney General has also been delegated full and complete authority to declassify information pertaining to this investigation, in accordance with the long-established standards for handling classified information.”

Not a Trump Fan May 24, 2019 at 11:29 AM

If it was not big deal, why all the lies? When someone lies, they are trying to hide something. What do you suppose that was?
