This drought classification comparison for California from Jan.8 (right map) to Feb.12 (left map) shows that very wet conditions since late January have transitioned the Bay Area from Moderate Drought/Abnormally Dry classification to No Drought, according to the National Weather Service.

Locations to the north and south of the Bay Area are still classified as Abnormally Dry.

I’m sure that’s a mis calculation. We will here the opposite in a few months. Ha ha

If there’s a drought more years than not, it’s not really a drought.

I wish California would build more reservoirs with all the planned development to prevent future droughts. Maybe Southern California can do something now so twin tunnels project finally dies a necessary death.

The best way to solve any water issues or any other issue with government is to elect better people to represent your interests.

CA is essentially a one-party state. So is;
N. Korea
Viet Namm
and a few others

I suppose a lot of people would like to have a government like China.

I wonder how they manage their water compared to what is done here in CA?
