DIRTY DINING: Walnut Creek Sushi Restaurant Closed Due To Vermin Infestation

Andy Sushi, located at 1690 Locust St. in Walnut Creek, was closed on Wednesday by the health department after inspectors discovered a vermin infestation, according to the Contra Costa County Environmental Health Department.

The restaurant also received a minor violation for “Premises; personal/cleaning items; vermin proofing,” according to the department.

The restaurant is expected to be reinspected this afternoon.

I love that the Contra Costa County Health Department is doing all this. Hold these disgusting restaurants accountable!
