Agreed! This is why all the Liberals and the Democrats are chasing every
newly made up scandal about Trump because they’re trying to divert the real issue of all of Clintons lying and cheating and Corruption on a grand scale!

RNC fundraiser resigns after report of $1.6 million Playmate payoff

GOP fundraiser Elliott Broidy‘s departure follows reports that in 2017 President Donald Trump’s attorney negotiated a $1.6 million payment on Broidy’s behalf to a Playboy Playmate who said that Broidy had impregnated her.

Nunya April 14, 2018 at 7:22 AM

Like I said below, Bill Clinton is a rapist and Hillary Clinton intimidated the victims.

slagheap April 14, 2018 at 9:05 AM

you must be running scared for POTUS right about now. the fbi and southern district, new york, DA have everything now, including recordings. they raided his best and most trusted attorney and fixer’s office, his home, his hotel room, a storage locker, and safe deposit box. they carted away all computers, his phones, all the files, everything. everything, going back a decade or more. all of it.

Nunya April 14, 2018 at 10:01 AM

“you”? you mean me? Nope. Just the culmination of a years wasted public money’s. The witch hunt is likely coming to an end, and little to show. Really nothing, as the charge was collusion, and so far no one has shown that his campaign has done that. So no this is likely just about the end.

What will you liberals whine about now? His hair? Maybe you can investigate his collusion with hair care industry… LOL

mtzman April 15, 2018 at 2:28 PM

Yeah, that’s it, 1104, but in case you’re too old to remember, Bill Clinton left office 17 years ago, Hilary left the State Department five years ago. I think we’re over them by now …

The FBI raided Trump lawyer Michael Cohen’s office — and it looks like it came off a tip from Mueller

The FBI raided President Donald Trump’s longtime personal lawyer Michael Cohen’s Manhattan office on Monday.

The raid came after special counsel Robert Mueller provided the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York with information.

The Washington Post reported that Cohen is being investigated for possible bank fraud and campaign-finance violations.

from mcclatchy news, washington bureau, 4/13/16 p.m: ( !!! )
mueller’s team has evidence michael cohen did indeed secretly visit prague in late summer 2016 ( as described in the steele dossier, ) despite repeated vehement denials by both cohen & the white house. if you’ve been staying abreast of the the ” witch hunt ” investigation, you know this is big. if you need to fill in some gaps, here’s the piece in detail:

slagheap April 14, 2018 at 8:52 AM

all major news outlets confirming the story this a.m. ( 4/14. )
this is a major stepping stone on the path towards the smoking gun that will prove collusion between the trump campaign and the russian government. cohen & the white house cooked up a big lie ( complete with tweeted photos, ) about no such trip ever taking place, thus in their minds, disproving the steele dossier. well, GUESS WHAT?

Dino Sajudin, a former Trump Tower doorman, dismissed claims that he made up a story about an extramarital affair between President Donald Trump and an unnamed woman in the 1980s.

The National Enquirer reportedly paid the doorman $US30,000 to keep quiet about a story that Trump fathered a child with another woman while he was married.

“US President Donald Trump announced late Friday that a joint US-British-French operation had been launched on Syria, targeting the “criminal” regime of Bashar Assad for his alleged use of chemical weapons against civilians and to deter him from doing it again.

Loud explosions lit up the skies over the Syrian capital as Trump announced the airstrikes.

“A short time ago, I ordered the United States armed forces to launch precision strikes on targets associated with the chemical weapons capabilities of Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad,” Trump said in a primetime televised address to the nation.”

Obama’s RED LINE …..

President Ronald Reagan 1986
… “We Americans are slow to anger. We always seek peaceful avenues before resorting to the use of force, and we did. We tried quiet diplomacy, public condemnation, economic sanctions and demonstrations of military force – none succeeded. Despite our repeated warnings, Qaddafi continued his reckless policy of intimidation, his relentless pursuit of terror.

He counted on America to be passive. He counted wrong. I warned that there should be no place on earth where terrorists can rest and train and practice their deadly skills. I meant it. I said that we would act with others if possible and alone if necessary to insure that terrorists have no sanctuary anywhere.

Paul “Mr. Responsible Balanced Budgets Guy” Ryan Created a Trillion-Dollar Deficit and Then Quit

For years and years, Rep. Paul Ryan’s self-projected “thing” was that he was a geeky budget wonk who was gravely, gravely concerned about the American government’s unsustainable fiscal future. Liberal critics, meanwhile, have claimed for almost as long that Ryan’s vaunted plans to balance the budget were baloney and that his only actual interest was in passing massive tax cuts for high earners and corporations. Now that he’s leaving Congress after having just passed major tax legislation and a budget as Speaker of the House during a period of total Republican control over the federal government, we can finally determine who was right.

Trump Tax Plan: 80 Percent Of Economic Gains Will End Up Going To Foreigners

“We heard statement after statement about how this tax plan would be great for American workers but the analysis is clear,” Van Hollen told Newsweek. “When this thing kicks in, 80 cents of every dollar [gained from the tax plan] will go to foreigners and not American workers. ‘Feds to audit CA high-speed rail project as funding flounders’

… “California’s high-speed rail project is facing an audit from the U.S. Department of Transportation’s as costs continue to climb.

The inspector general’s audit, announced Thursday, will examine the Federal Railroad Administration’s oversight of nearly $3.5 billion in federal grant money awarded to the project.”…

“At issue will be whether the FRA has enforced project performance requirements, but that will still point out the lack of progress California has made despite all of the cash it received:”

Well now based on how well building HALF a bridge was done, 10 years late and $5 Billion over budget . . . .

Original G April 15, 2018 at 10:34 AM

Can see how low information folk, who view lotto scratchers as retirement planning, could be upset with a tax cut benefiting the rich considering percentage of taxes they pay.

“The top 1 percent, indeed, pay a much bigger share of federal income taxes than the entire bottom 90 percent of income earners, who pay only 29.1 percent of federal income taxes, while earning 53 percent of national income. That means as well that the top 1 percent pay a bigger share of income taxes than the entire middle class combined, defined as the middle 20 percent of income earners.”

Democrat politicians and their lapdog media perpetuate anger and jealousy of the rich to get low intellect voter votes. It is in the interest of Democrat politicians to perpetuate income inequality.

I’ll bet you think we have too many rich people in America.
Dare you to watch this video all the way thru.

Rollo Tomasi April 15, 2018 at 10:52 AM

So what? Don’t be jealous, Randy. It’s unbecoming.

Randy April 15, 2018 at 12:12 PM

Og who cares how much they pay? Or the percent they pay of the total.

You want a thriving economy cut the middle class rate to 1 percent. It’s how much the middle class pays that will drive the economy. It amazes me how easily you are hoodwinked.

Aspirin April 15, 2018 at 12:23 PM

As a percentage of real income, without the tax dodges that the rich use (offshore accounts, phony investment claims, untaxed foreign income, property writeoffs called “business expense”, multiple bankrupcies) the 1% pay less than the poor schmuck who can’t deduct his full mortgage interest anymore.

Captain Bebops April 15, 2018 at 9:51 AM

If you have Netflix check out the documentary “Homeland – Iraq Year Zero”. It’s a two episode series of home movies made by a family. Part one is before the bombing of Iraq by the US in 2003 as the family prepares (includes what they were subjected to by Saddam) and part two what they were subjected to by the invading US. Not quite the home movies many might make around here as the family member who shot most of it worked in Iraq’s media industry. It’s a very interesting documentary.

Captain Bebops April 15, 2018 at 1:33 PM

I found this state very weird when I moved here from Washington state. For one thing a lot of the laws on owning a business seemed to have been created by the “big boys” who didn’t want any competition or by businesses who lobbied to make businesses do things that would profit them which might have been more easily done via state agency (like registering a fictitious business name) . Then there were other laws that might have been created by over exuberant Sinclairites decades ago. I’ve always maintained keep your ducks lined up and argue with the bureaucrats because they will back down.

It’s clearly working better than CNN fiction.

Aspirin April 15, 2018 at 12:14 PM

I sometimes watch Fox just to see how it dances around the subject of Russians interfering in our election.

A real comedy sometimes.

Pass the popcorn.

Rollo Tomasi April 15, 2018 at 4:09 PM

Why don’t I ever hear about US meddling in foreign elections on CNN? It’s happened over and over again, yet somehow Russia trying to influence our election is the end of the world. Shouldn’t we hold ourselves to the same high standards we expect of foreign countries?

mtzman April 16, 2018 at 12:25 AM

I agree, but it’s not CNN to blame. American interference in other country’s elections was going on long before CNN was just a twinkle in Ted Turner’s eyes …

Dr Jellyfinger April 16, 2018 at 9:16 AM

FOX is busier reporting on real Russian ships full of tanks heading for Syria rather than on fictional Russian “collusion” .

Rollo Tomasi April 16, 2018 at 9:29 AM

@mtzman – it’s pretty common knowledge. I wish someone would educate Aspirin.

BTW, I’m not sure what you mean by CNN is not to blame. I wasn’t blaming CNN for US meddling. Are you saying I can’t blame them for lack of coverage of same? I’ve seen at least one talking head at FOX cover it in detail.

mtzman April 16, 2018 at 10:35 AM

RT, I mentioned CNN because you singled it out. When I first saw your post, I immediately thought of the Shah of Iran in the early 1950s and the Allende overthrow in the 1970s, both of which predate CNN and Fox News. I probably couldn’t point you right away to CNN coverage of those historical events — or the many other examples out there — but I am quite sure they were covered in retrospect at some point by all the major media outlets.

Rollo Tomasi April 16, 2018 at 12:07 PM

@mtzman – fair enough. I only mentioned CNN because it is the logical foil to FOX, which apparently gives Aspirin nightmares and was singled out by Aspirin.

Rollo Tomasi April 16, 2018 at 12:29 PM

Fortunately for Hillary, donations from Saudi Arabia and Qatar went directly to the Clinton Foundation which isn’t required to divulge donors or amounts. So while Trump’s statement can’t be proven, if there existed evidence to the contrary it would be splashed all over the mainstream media. There is, however, far more evidence of pay for play to Hillary than there is of Trump/Russia collusion.

AlwaysBePositive April 16, 2018 at 2:00 PM

Rollo Tomasi April 16, 2018 at 4:19 PM

You don’t really read very well, do you? Where did I claim there are chargeable crimes attributable to Hillary Clinton? Trump’s claims cannot be proven, or debunked, because of the nature of the donations to the Clinton Foundation – yet you dismiss them outright as lies. Maybe those Saudi and Qatari regimes aren’t really oppressive. Maybe they’re just misunderstood.

Nice wedding they threw for Chelsea though…

This might get interesting, California is now not sending National Guard troops to the border.

Aww, knickers all in a twist ’cause moonbeam can’t tell President Trump how to use “his” National Guard troops used . . .

Should we start a pool to guess which CA politician will be first to be perp walked by Federal Marshalls.

Unions and their members should take a long hard look at Democrats they give money to and vote for. Does talking about a possible large project really all it takes to get money and votes out of Unions ? ? ?

Has your Union’s membership shrunk or grown of late ?

An how can the ever increasing number of anti business laws and regulations in CA be good for Unions membership in the long run ?

Unions and their members should start looking ahead for LONG term.
Especially if you want Union jobs available for your kids are old enough.

Dr Jellyfinger April 16, 2018 at 5:17 PM

So…. when the illegal immigrants come, they will concentrate on entering the USA at the California border with Mexico. Nice going Jerky Brown.

Randy April 16, 2018 at 6:27 PM

400 was way to many.

Covfee April 16, 2018 at 10:42 PM

“[N]ow not sending” implies that California was already sending troops to the border, which is not true. The Governor has a fair point, the National Guard is neither Border Patrol or ICE, and should not be used as such. The President is fully capable of ordering the National Guard to be used on the border, but then the Federal government has to pay for it.

Do you seriously believe that Union members would think that the GOP has their best interests at heart? The constant national push by the GOP for Right-to-Work legislation, the privatization of government (generally union) jobs, Janus v AFSCME… Clearly the GOP are deeply concerned with ensuring Union members flourish.

AlwaysBePositive April 17, 2018 at 7:47 AM

AlwaysBePositive … Try reading just the black print.
What the black print actually says.

At what point did I suggest Republicans would be better ? ? ? ?

Have been member of a national Union going on 45 years.
When I started CA Democrats were not anti business as they are today.

Legislature and some unelected bureaucrats seem to be in a perpetual duel of trying to out liberal each other. Union members and their officials need to have conversations with these people about future of CA if they want their kids to be able to get Union jobs.

Democrat politicians in this state need a wake up call ! ! !

AlwaysBePositive April 17, 2018 at 9:55 PM

og…In a two-party system when you rail against one party, I inferred you favored the other party. One disconnect could be our understanding of union jobs. The unions of 45 years ago are not the unions of today. Mfg and trades are declining across America, services are on the rise. More lower paying jobs are union members than ever. It appears that SCOTUS is prepared to drive another nail in organized labors coffin with an expected ruling supporting union ‘freeloaders’.

So the latest idea from liberals is to give the vote to 16 year olds. Hilarious I say. So kids are still in High School should have an equal to say to those who are working full-time for a living. Give me a break. The best part is the justification. They say because these kids are already raising families they should be able to vote. So let me get this straight. Because two horny teenagers have unprotected sex, they are the right people to make make decisions which impact others? Wow, the left is really desperate for voters. They must be so scared the president Trump is going get rid of most of the illegal aliens that they have find some other group who is naive enough to blinding vote Democrat.

Unlike most other states, Maryland allows towns and cities to decide for themselves who can vote in local elections.”

“A council member in Washington, D.C., has introduced legislation that would lower the age to vote in federal and local elections to 16.

D.C. council member Charles Allen (D) last week introduced the legislation, which could allow 16- and 17-year-olds to vote in the 2020 presidential election, WUSA-TV reported.”

Shows how frightened and desperate progressives are when it comes to gaining power and ability to give tax dollars as reward to those who give them campaign contributions.

For many career politicians it’s about being able to worship what they see in the mirror.

mtzman April 18, 2018 at 6:08 PM

RT, the numbers vary a bit depending on the time frame but the trends are pretty clear: Mexico is still the largest group but that is declining. Moreover, entry on the southern border has been declining for years and the percentage of people here on expired visas has been increasing.

Rollo Tomasi April 18, 2018 at 10:42 PM

mtzman, I wasn’t asking about expired visas. Rather I was asking about illegal crossings (entries) into the US. Also, it’s not only Mexicans breaching the southern border.

Well now, am hearing breaking up CA will be on the ballot.
All they have to do is spend a couple hundred million on TV ads and low info voters who own no property will approve it.

State workers, who is then responsible for your pension future payments and the under funding that has gone on for years ?
Are Union contracts voided ???

Progressive liberals have carved out the MONEY producing areas of CA for themselves leaving the “new” states with the infrastructure Democrats haven’t been spending money on to fix in decades.

An do not believe anything they claim will happen if the vote goes their way.
Property tax safeguards in place now, what happens ???
Will property taxes in the new states skyrocket ??

The way state lines are laid out negates votes of conservative voters.
In my personal opinion the most outrageous and blatant case of gerrymandering in our country’s history.

Bottom line why are they doing this, they want four new seats which will be created in the US Senate from the two new states so they can control Congress for decades.

Progressive liberals ONLY care about having control.

Covfee April 19, 2018 at 8:30 AM

This silly plan is the passion project of billionaire Tim Draper, a registered Republican. He has been pushing this idea in one form or another for decades, yet doesn’t seem to have a plan of the actual logistics of it being achieved. If it passes then it has to be approved by the state legislature, then federal Congress. I’m sure that as Congress sits now, they would jump at the opportunity of adding four more senators, which would likely be Democrats; as well as adjusting the number of representatives for the region, possibly losing some seats from other states in the process.

mtzman April 19, 2018 at 11:06 PM

Proposals to break up California have been going on for at least half a century that I know of, and they have one thing in common: they don’t get very far.

Voters may be given the chance to weigh in but they will NOT decide whether to split the state up because the Constitution outlines the process by which these things take place, and it requires approval from the state legislature and Congress — highly unlikely either would happen. Moreover, from the maps I’ve seen, it looks to me that Southern California would be pretty Republican red.

Finally, I can’t tell for certain but Tim Draper sure doesn’t appear to be a progressive liberal, so all in all, I wouldn’t be getting my panties in a bunch over this one.

Original G April 18, 2018 at 7:17 PM

As the Statue was dedicated in 1884, and the New Colossus plaque added in 1903, prior to the Immigration Act of 1924; so I would guess the meaning of virtually any person who steps onto our land was considered an American Citizen. You remember, before they decided that Jews, Southern and Eastern Europeans, and Asians should be strictly limited.

“The number of illegal immigrants from Bangladesh jumping the border to sneak into the U.S. is on pace to double in the Laredo region of Texas, officials said Wednesday, in what is the latest worrying surge of migration from a country with terrorism dangers.” …

““It’s definitely a Transnational Criminal Organization that’s doing that networking,” said Scott Good, acting deputy chief patrol agent for the Laredo Sector, who said the TCO, as authorities refer to such syndicates, facilitates the entire trip from start to finish.

TCOs dominate smuggling across the southwest border, and are increasingly a threat when it comes to so-called “special interest countries.”

“The cartels have this capability to move people from anywhere in the world. So if it’s not Bangladesh, where else could it be?” Laredo Assistant Chief Gabriel Acosta said.

Indeed, one of those other networks became clear Wednesday when the Treasury Department slapped sanctions on Nasif Barakat and a TCO he operates from Syria, which authorities said smuggled “hundreds” of people from Syria and and Lebanon into the U.S. via the southwest border.” …

“Their standard route went from Syria and Lebanon to either Turkey or the United Arab Emirates, and from there to Brazil, from where they would make the journey north.

The Washington Times has also reported on a network operated by Sharafat Ali Khan, a citizen of Pakistan who moved illegal immigrants from Asia to Brazil and then up to the U.S. between 2014 and 2016.” …

“The Laredo Sector accounts for about 60 percent of all Bangladeshi migrants caught sneaking into the U.S.

Deputy Chief Good said he needs more roads, fencing, brush clearing, and in particular more cameras — they only have 22 towers to cover their 171 miles of the border…”

Obama, maybe he can get a free cup of coffee at starbucks?

Taggit April 20, 2018 at 5:06 AM

ABP, maybe you should have skipped all the fancy, colorful graphs in that link and gone straight to the “Conclusion,” a three paragraph attempt to defend Obama’s poor performance on economic issues.

TIFOKCIS April 19, 2018 at 8:03 AM

Equality, Gun Control, Healthcare and Race Relations are huge, but Obama left America with a Kick Me sign to figures such as a little man named Kim and some guy who “rigged the election”. Lousy leadership under a weakling of an excuse for a man is Barack Oama’s true legacy.

Nothing got better but some dirtbags got free cell phones.

Aspirin April 19, 2018 at 9:54 AM

Don’t forget the economy under Obama. He saved it from the Bush disaster.

And don’t forget Osama bin Laden. He be gone.

And the ACA is still in effect despite the efforts of the GOP failures to get rid of it.

Randy April 19, 2018 at 10:00 AM

Stay mad. Live in the past.

Elwood April 19, 2018 at 2:19 PM

Aspirin, the Arab had nothing to do with either of those things.

It would be charitable to call him a spectator at either of those events.

Nunya April 19, 2018 at 8:48 PM

Saved it from a bush disaster? Wow, $21T in debt and growing… Who’s gonna pay this bill, are you Aspirin/Local? Or like your liberal buddies, will it just get kicked down the road for the children to pay.

Ya he saved us alright, if by that you mean he saved himself from having to deal the with problem. Cowards do that…

Might be a great time to invest in crayons and coloring books.

Aspirin April 19, 2018 at 9:50 AM

Coming from Fox it is pure propaganda.

Try facts.

Randy April 19, 2018 at 9:59 AM

Link no. fox news no. Next

Dr Jellyfinger April 19, 2018 at 9:03 PM

Just because mainstream media won’t report it does not make it untrue….. they are just too busy sh&tting themselves trying to keep it quiet…. it’s ok, it happened, it’s a fact. DOJ has no choice but to pursue the matter. There are no Comeys left to sweep justice under the rug…. the rats will sell each other out now! LoL!

Aspirin April 19, 2018 at 9:49 AM

Trump firing Mueller would be like Al Capone firing the IRS.

Elwood April 19, 2018 at 2:21 PM

Actually it would be more like Truman firing MacArthur.

Covfee April 19, 2018 at 3:52 PM

MacArthur investigated Truman for obstruction of justice? You learn something new every day!

TIFOKCIS April 19, 2018 at 1:19 PM

Barack Obama, Eric Holder and running guns or Trump doesn’t act the way I expect him to.

Liberals and their selective priories.

Nunya April 19, 2018 at 8:42 PM

Fast and Furious

Like the cop in south park said, “nothing to see here”

TIFOKCIS April 19, 2018 at 1:23 PM

If crying a river could float Hillary back up from the septic tank………….a ever shrinking minority would be over joyed.

Venice April 19, 2018 at 3:22 PM

Bad news for liberal pinheads –
The raid on lawyer Michael Cohen’s office was NOT targeted at Trump.

Nunya April 19, 2018 at 5:12 PM

Just like all dogs go to heaven, all Clinton’s should go to jail (for their crimes including rape, purgery, threatening witnesses, violations of the national security, crimes committed under the Clinton Foundation, etc).

LEGAL immigration made this country what it is.

Look into history of Border Patrol.

Prior to free government handouts immigrants knew coming here meant working hard and for almost all learning English.

Have had the privilege of working with immigrants from Mexico, Venezuela, Columbia, Poland, Greece and Russia. Everyone of them had a skill set which benefited the United States, none needed welfare and all have living wage jobs.

They were accretive to society.

Just because a person makes it across the Border doesn’t mean they win.

Switzerland for example will not grant citizenship to anyone who has been on public assistance in last three years, UNLESS they pay all the money back.

This is what the Border would look like if illegals ended up voting Republican.

Taggit April 19, 2018 at 8:33 PM

A recent study conducted by the Center for Immigration Studies (an independent, non-partisan research organization) found that while recent immigrants are better educated than in years past, more of them are eligible for social services once they arrive especially food stamps and Medicaid.

Food Stamp Usage By New Immigrants More Than Tripled in Last Decade

“Government’s first duty is to protect the people,
not run their lives.” –Ronald Reagan

How did voters allow CA to become an over controlling nanny state ? ?

Randy April 20, 2018 at 7:25 AM

Some people are so stupid they have no common sense. Then you have to dummy it up.

Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom, Working Hard Or Hardly Working?

Gavin Newsom who hopes to be California’s next Governor has very few duties assigned to his current position as Lieutenant Governor. He sits on three panels: the University of California Board of Regents, the California State University Board of Trustees, and the California State Lands Commission. Beyond that he has a couple of other duties assigned to the office representing the interests of those who elected him, but nothing overly taxing. His record of attendance at the meetings of these boards and commision, however, leaves something to be desired. He has attended roughly half (54%) of the UC Regents meetings required of the post he now holds, and a fraction of the Cal State University Trustees meetings (34%). His attendance at the California State Lands Commission which sets policy on oil drilling and access to some of California’s public lands stands at 57%. In short, Newsom shows up for the assigned duties of his office roughly half the time. When asked how often he went to Sacramento, Newsom replied, “Like one day a week, tops … There’s no reason.… It’s just so dull.”

Does the Associated Press know you used their article without giving them credit ? ? ?

For those who would like to read the entire article,

Rollo Tomasi April 20, 2018 at 5:16 PM

Randy that’s twice today that you’ve sourced material without including the proper credit. Tsk, tsk

Venice April 20, 2018 at 5:19 PM

Randy goes ballistic when a large business makes a large profit. What is it about slow witted people who do that?
Without profit there is No business, NO jobs, NO future for a capitalist nation.
Maybe you should try investing, that’s how things work.
Try to grasp the concept.
