This is the Concord Police weekly burglary report. Please click on the image for a much larger view.

The last two numbers in each address has been deleted to help protect the victims.

According to the Concord Police, the report shown above only includes approved reports. Some burglary reports might not be written or completely approved, which is why they are not included in this post.

Looks like the Willows Gang crossed the street to Denny’s

Isn’t that nice. No ‘completely approved’ or ‘reported’ reported burgs on Diamond.

Watched Live PD Saturday. A sheriff’s deputy raced (I mean high speed, lights and siren raced!) to a reported car burglary. Concord PD would not even bother to drive to one. They know where they happen yet there seems to be no interdiction attempts whatsoever – very disappointed with our “law enforcement”.

Auto burglars don’t even go to jail for more than a week in California. It is considered a “non-violent offense” after the passing of Prop 47 a few years back. If CPD “raced” to an auto burglary and hit a pedestrian or another vehicle in the process for what our state barely considers a crime the liability and public outrage would be tremendous.

CPD (if you follow their Facebook) has done interdiction in the area including having 20+ cops down there during the holiday season and they made a bunch of arrests. Did spending the money and resources to have 20+ cops down there help the problem? Not really, because no matter how many people they arrest there is NO PUNISHMENT.

Since even car alarms do not keep these thugs from breaking in vehicles, its time to put killer dogs inside them. It will save taxpayer money, save more on extended repairs, and get more thugs off the street Pelosi and biliary put there in the first place
