He is heading towards the main jail where he belongs.

Maybe a hug and some counseling will set him straight.

I see M/C scum every day– lane splitting at 60-80 MPH
unsafe lane changes, no signal, following too close
no license plates or its is way up in the rear wheel well
here is not a cager out there who cares when they bite it
many do not have insurance or class M
they know they can do anything they want as few CHP out there
if they rip off your side mirror– like they will be responsible & stop– HA

The PD radio broadcasts are back! Listened to this last night. They never reported apprehension of the scum bags.

I was listening to scanner and when the suspect got on the freeway a CHP unit checked in to dispatch he had suspect in sight and was told not to pursue or get involved as Pittsburg PD instructed them it was their chase and everyone back off.

Makes perfect sense doesn’t it. On a freeway with CHP jurisdiction and told to not interfere.

We saw the pursuit on Kirker Pass at intersection of Clayton. It was a junky gray car the three police cars flew past us. The guy ran a red at the intersection and they were in pursuit. No motorcycle.

The suspect was eventually caught after his tires deflated and he could no longer drive like a loser idiot.
