Bet Trump now wishes he had stuck with what he was best known for, filing for bankruptcy, ripping off contractors, suppliers and people in general in real estate.

Hmm ? June 16, 2017 at 7:28 PM

Working and being a contributor to society what a concept.

Trump confirms he’s under investigation, appears to attack own deputy attorney general for being part of ‘witch hunt’

President Donald Trump on Friday confirmed he was under investigation in an ongoing probe about Russian interference in the election,

His lawyers must hate him, lol.

If the President Is Innocent, Then He Is Insane

Trump’s actions in the months before James Comey’s firing — his attempts to interfere in the FBI’s investigation of Michael Flynn, and to commandeer America’s senior intelligence officials as his own political operatives — were impossible to explain without assuming the president’s guilt or his idiocy.

We need to be open-minded. I think it’s possible he’s both guilty and insane.

Robert Mueller expands special counsel office, hires 13 lawyers

Is someone going golfing soon? I have a feeling someone is going golfing soon.

Trump’s lawyer has hired his own lawyer

This is seriously the funniest thing I’ve heard in a while. The ‘predisent’ is so screwed that his attorney feels he’s screwed too just for trying to defend him. Wrap your head around that.

GALLUP POLL: GOP satisfaction drops 17 percent in one month

It took him just about 150 days to hit such a high disapproval rating. way faster than any president, who has ever fallen so low.

AP POLL: Trump disapproval hits 64 percent in AP poll

Significant because the GOP will look at polls instead of their values and morals in addressing Trump and his crimes…assuming they have values and morals.

Silva June 16, 2017 at 8:48 PM

Trump’s lawyer has hired a lawyer for himself. Yep. It’s really and truly time to pull up a chair and grab some popcorn. I wonder if Trump’s lawyer’s lawyer is going to get himself a lawyer. Maybe I’ll get some Junior Mints too.

Vice President Mike Pence has hired an outside lawyer to represent him during the Russia investigation, a sign that key members of the administration are gearing up for a protracted legal tug-of-war with Congress and Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

Dr. Jellyfinger June 16, 2017 at 9:45 PM

Aspirin where do you live? …. in a cave maybe? Trump is sending 4000 more troops to Afghanistan & is going to allow them to leave their bases from time to time to actually go out and fight the enemy.
Yes Trump does have a new strategy… it does not include letting Radical Islam run wild or secretly sending pallets stacked with billions of dollars to the world’s #1 sponsor of terrorism like Obama did. He will not be bowing or apologizing to anyone either… expect to see battles being fought & won by the USA like when Bush was in office.
And…. I see a travel ban from terrorist lovin nations soon to be approved by the Supreme Court… get used to it.

KJ June 17, 2017 at 6:50 AM

Jellyfinger @ 11 — Get your history straight: The “pallets stacked with billions of dollars to the world’s #1 sponsor of terrorism” was the handiwork of the Bush/Cheney/Wolfowitz cabal who just had to attack Iraq even though the 9-11 criminals were mostly from Trump’s BFF’s, the Saudis.

They were also the ones who said attacking Iraq could all be done on the cheap — wouldn’t cost but a few billion dollars and the Iraqi oil would pay for it (kind of sounds like Trump and his plan to get Mexico to pay for a wall). How may Trillions are we up to now and it’s not over?

KJ June 17, 2017 at 8:37 AM

It used to be that obfuscating witnesses testifying before a Senate committee said, “I do not recall, senator.” Now they say, “It would not be appropriate to answer that question.”

In either case, what they’re really saying is: “I am invoking my 5th amendment right not to answer on the grounds that I might incriminate myself.”.

Trump had not invoked executive privilege (likely because he was still under the delusion that he was not being investigated), so Roger, Coats, and Sessions had no excuse not to answer senators’ questions. In trying to protect Trump (from himself), they are putting themselves in jeopardy. By now, they should know that loyalty in Trump World only goes one way, so upholding the “loyalty oath” he (probably) made them agree to is dumb and suicidal. (Anyone want to bet on how many tweets there will be before Trump turns on them?)

Joe Martinez June 17, 2017 at 8:38 AM

Dr Jellyfinger: What are you talking about? Trump just struck a multi billion dollar arms deal with Saudi Arabia, one of the most repressive Muslim countries in the world. The man is all talk. Oh, don’t forget, after the deal was struck, the Saudis donated millions to Ivan’s charity. Coincedence? I think not.

Dr. Jellyfinger # 11: Let’s take a look at Trump’s useless strategy in a few months. 5,000 troops? We need more than 100,000. The Russians had that many and we know how that turned out.

Pitiful …. try telling me that Obama was not in charge and had “No Choice” but to send all that money to Iran… or maybe that he had “No Choice” but to pull all our troops from Iraq & clearing the way for ISIS. Also, Iraq was never about 9-11 Get your own history straight.

Trump has no problem ignoring or reversing Obama’s agreements… LOL!

@KJ #14 ~ You guys thought it was fine for Hillary to blab top secret info out loud and transmit classified info through an unsecured server…. sure, so why not blab classified info out for a televised Senate hearing? Have you lost all sense?

“James T. Hodgkinson, the shooter who opened fire on dozens of Republican congressmen and staffers at a baseball practice in Alexandria, Virginia, on Wednesday, had a list of Republican names in his pocket that was recovered by the FBI, The Daily Caller has learned.

The news that the shooter had a list of names suggests the shooting was not a random outburst, but instead appears to be a premeditated political assassination.”

Everyone else is waiting for Trump to learn his job.

Really? June 17, 2017 at 5:10 PM

Does anyone find it ironic that the very people who are intolerant of bullies in are in fact the biggest bullies themselves? Those who espouse hatred and have jumped on the “resist” train are bullies. The leaders in both political parties, the anchors on the News Networks, and even the late night comedians have created a hate and bully culture that would never be tolerated in their own child’s classroom. I thought it was a good start when Pelosi and Ryan spoke about unity and the need to tone down the negative rhetoric. Before you write that next hate-filled post, ask yourself if that is the same standard for which you hold others to. If you are going to “resist”, resist the temptation to perpetuate hate. Peace Out!

Illinois Budget Crisis: broken Democrat promises and proposals.

The state’s failure to pay its bills has created a downward cost spiral. Services for the elderly and other vulnerable populations are being cut. Over $800 million has been spent in penalties for late payments. That number is going to get much larger.

The Democrats and the Chicago machine have proposed a budget that massively increases spending, raises taxes, and refuses to address failing pension systems. They have declared that their budget will work (so it must true). Projected growth (in a state losing more than 200 businesses a month), will cover any shortfalls.

He’s so willing to send troops to fight but will any of them be his sons? Nope! Where’s the love coming from? Do you really believe he gives two damns about you or this country? How do you reconcile his epic flaws. Because it somehow affirms your world view? How? Are you some kind of Bond villain? You hate liberals, yeah I get it, like that’s a lofty stance or isn’t well tread ground. Doesn’t explain it though. Is it some kind of warped cult of personality? Seriously, I don’t understand.
Other things I don’t get include time shares, HOAs, yacht rock, green ketchup, Prius cars, smoking dope, black socks with sandals, golf, face tattoos, gin, jay walking on multi-lane highways, white guys with dreadlocks, ice cubes in the shape of genitalia, racism, NASCAR, quinoa, neck beards, sky diving, and Steven Colbert. I don’t get it either Atticus #57 and we are polar opposites, politically.

I don’t get the looove the feminists have for: Islamist’s and padre culture of Latinos and gangsters. Then there is the looove of ‘liberal’ politicians by the: working poor and upper middle economic class. Freaking bonkers! I totally understand the beginning philosophy of women’s rights, but it has turned into a man-hate fest. Beyond logical.

Social engineering is a no brainer (votes for politicians), but I see this cultural change as a suicide mission to three generations of worker bees that have enjoyed owing a home, a car, firearms, freedom to travel, own a business. To top it off, the main perpetrators are the very ones that will be targeted if things continue towards a centralized government called Globalism.

We hired Trump to drain the swamp. No matter what he says or does, it will never compare to the sense of betrayal the people like me are experiencing. The last president even called us a nation of racists and openly preferred foreigners to us. To the tune of Trillions. TRILLIONS. Our birth right as citizens is being squandered of foreigners…for votes

I just don’t get it.

So, who wins? Those with government jobs, connections and the ability to give themselves raises so they can hide in gated communities.

As new reports emerge about Russian-backed attempts to hack state and local election systems, U.S. officials are increasingly worried about how vulnerable American elections really are. While the officials say they see no evidence that any votes were tampered with, no one knows for sure. Voters were assured repeatedly last year that foreign hackers couldn’t manipulate votes because, with few exceptions, voting machines are not connected to the Internet. “So how do you hack something in cyberspace, when it’s not in cyberspace?” Louisiana Secretary of State Tom Schedler said shortly before the 2016 election. But even if most voting machines aren’t connected to the Internet, says cybersecurity expert Jeremy Epstein, “they are connected to something that’s connected to something that’s connected to the Internet.” A recently leaked National Security Agency report on Russian hacking attempts has heightened concerns. According to the report, Russian intelligence services broke into an election software vendor’s computer system and used the information it gained to send 122 election officials fake emails infected with malicious software. Bloomberg News reported Tuesday that Russia might have attempted to hack into election systems in up to 39 states. continued…

President Trump’s Plan to Rebuild America’s Infrastructure

Rebuilding America’s infrastructure is a critical pillar of President Donald J. Trump’s agenda to promote job creation and grow the U.S. economy. America’s infrastructure has fallen to 12th in the world and that is unacceptable. Every American depends on our roads, rails, ports, and airports, and the President is committed to fixing this problem, not just pushing more liabilities onto future generations. Today, the President was in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he announced his infrastructure initiative.

Lower the average permit time from 10 years to 2 years

President Trump’s regulatory reforms will spur growth and investment. In order to jumpstart investment, the President aims to dramatically reduce permitting time for these infrastructure projects from 10 years to 2 years and to get a “yes” or “no” quickly by slashing regulations.

Unleash private sector capital and expertise to rebuild our cities and states.

The President’s plan will make America dominant by unleashing private sector capital and expertise to rebuild our cities and states.

Invest in rural infrastructure

The President has dedicated $200 billion in his budget for infrastructure that can be leveraged for a $1 trillion investment into our crumbling systems. Investing in rural infrastructure is a key part of the President’s plan.

Reimagine America’s approach to infrastructure with transformative projects

The President’s plan will also invest in bold new transformative projects that will change America’s approach to infrastructure.

Work-force training initiative focused on skill-based apprenticeship education

The President’s plan will also make America ready for the future with a work-force training initiative focused on skill-based apprenticeship education.

by the numbers: $200 billion infrastructure funding, 8 year reduction in permit process time, $25 billion for rural infrastructure, $15 billiob for transformative projects, $100 billion for local prioritization of infrastructure needs, 1 million apprentices in 2 years.

President Trump’s plan addresses these challenges directly and implements new policies to make America’s infrastructure second to none.

DOH June 19, 2017 at 3:49 PM

The other $800 billion of Trump’s plan are tax credits for businesses. That money has to come from us. Other than that it’s like Obama’s shovel ready jobs. The bridges would have been fixed by now.

They got another raise!

The raises, approved Monday by the California Citizens Compensation Commission, come on top the 4 percent salary increases that kicked in late last year. Brown’s pay will climb from $190,102 to $195,805, while rank-and-file lawmakers will go from $104,117 to $107,240.

Salaries for other statewide politicians like Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom, Attorney General Xavier Becerra and Treasurer John Chiang also will rise.

Before last year’s 4 percent raise, pay increased by 3 percent in 2015, 2 percent in 2014, and 5 percent in 2013. On Monday, commissioners said it was only fair politicians continued to be made whole following the reductions.

In addition to the salaries, California lawmakers also receive tax-free per diem payments for every day the Legislature is in session, compensation that during the 2015 legislative year averaged about $34,000 per legislator. Several lawmakers who live within a short commute of the state Capitol do not accept the payments.

The commission was created by voter-approved Proposition 112 in 1990. Along with setting salaries, it also is charged with establishing medical, dental, insurance and other benefits.

WASHINGTON—Quickly crumpling up all 500 pages of the legislation upon hearing footsteps in the hallway, sources reported Tuesday that a panicked Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell shoved the entire Senate healthcare bill in his mouth as a Democratic senator walked past. According to witnesses, McConnell became visibly flustered upon realizing there was no place to hide from the Democratic colleague approaching his doorway and began ripping wads of documents from a binder and cramming them through his open jaws as rapidly as possible. Asked about the location of an upcoming meeting, McConnell, cheeks distended to many times their original size, reportedly grunted several times and gestured toward a nearby conference room. At press time, McConnell had spit out the massive clump of saliva-coated, half-chewed papers, which, while largely illegible, would reportedly insure 10 million more people than the original.

With all of the nonsense dragging on about Russia interfering in our election process, without a shred of evidence and testimony from the FBI director stating that not a single vote was altered, why have I not heard anything about Mexico interfering with our election process? It is a fact that Mexican citizens voted illegally in this and past elections. I watched American citizens attempting to attend political rallies for a presidential candidate attacked by people waving Mexican flags. I watched a presidential candidate run through a rear entrance to his rally because people waving Mexican flags had blocked freeways to prevent people from hearing him speak. There is no lack of evidence that Mexico has been interfering in our election process.

From the free beacon….

A total of 30 Republican members of Congress have either been attacked or revealed that they were the victim of a death threat since the beginning of May.

May 8: Wendi Wright, 35, was arrested after stalking Rep. David Kustoff (Tenn.) and trying to run him off the road. After pulling over, Wright “began to scream and strike the windows on Kustoff’s car and even reached inside the vehicle.”

May 9: Virginia Rep. Tom Garrett needed heavy security at a town hall after receiving a series of death threats in May that police “deemed to be credible and real.”

“This is how we’re going to kill your wife,” one message said. Others detailed how they would kill his children, and even his dog.

May 12: A town hall participant accosted North Dakota Rep. Kevin Cramer, shoving fake dollar bills into his suit jacket. A Kramer supporter grabbed the same man by the neck. Both men were ejected by law enforcement, but neither were charged.

May 12: A Tucson, Ariz. school district employee was arrested by the FBI for sending several death threats to Arizona Rep. Martha McSally. The man threatened to shoot McSally and told her to “be careful” because her days “were numbered.”

May 21: Florida Rep. Ted Yoho described his office getting vandalized by protesters. One female constituent left a voicemail on an office answering machine, promising, “Next time I see you, I’m going to beat your f**king ass.”

June 14: Sens. Rand Paul (Ky.) and Jeff Flake (Ariz.), and Reps. Steve Scalise (La.), Kevin Brady (Texas), Jack Bergman (Mich.), Mike Bishop (Mich.), Mike Conaway (Texas), Roger Williams (Texas), John Moolenaar (Mich.), Gary Palmer (Ala.), Chuck Fleischmann (Tenn.), Ron DeSantis (Fla.), Barry Loudermilk (Ga.), Mark Walker (N.C.), Steve Pearce (N.M.), Brad Wenstrup (Ohio), Rodney Davis (Ill.), Jeff Duncan (S.C.), Trent Kelly (Miss.), Mo Brooks (Ala.), and Joe Barton (Texas) were attacked by a gunman during a baseball practice in Alexandria, Va.

Scalise, the House majority whip, was shot in the hip, and remains in the hospital. Four others were injured, including a staffer for Williams and two Capitol Police officers assigned to Scalise.

The same day, New York Rep. Claudia Tenney received an email reading, “One down, 216 to go.”

June 17: Missouri Rep. Ann Wagner revealed that she had gotten five death threats in the weeks leading up to the Scalise shooting. Wagner said that protesters had been “vandalizing my home, showing up with masks and gravestones, and laying down on my driveway and drawing chalk outlines of dead bodies. Picketing my church at 8 and 10 o’clock Mass.”

June 22: An Ohio man was arrested for leaving a voicemail threatening the life and family of Rep. Steve Stivers (Ohio).

“We’re coming to get every goddamn one of you and your families. Maybe the next one taken down will be your daughter. Huh? Or your wife. Or even you,” the man said.

The same day, Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz played a threatening voicemail he had received on “Fox & Friends.”

“I suggest you prepare for the battle motherf**ker, and the apocalypse,” the caller yelled. “Because we are going to hunt your ass down, wrap a rope around your neck, and hang you from a lamppost.”

The facts are obvious – the liberals/democrats will continue to push their violence and threats at anyone who disagrees with them. This is turning into a civil war. So much for the party of tolerance and diversity. It’s now nothing more than the party of hypopcrisy and hate. You know who you are.

Mueller’s friendship with Comey brings his ability to be neutral in his investigation of Russian involvement in the 2016 election into question. To further cast doubt on his integrity, he has appointed a number of people to help him in the investigation who have actively supported Hillary Clinton.

An democrats are still baffled why Americans voted for Trump.

obama said he would save us $2,500 a year on health insurance.
OR how about two more of his biggest LIES

I’m speechless!

@aspirin #162 and #166 – confused? Then read #169 for Obama’s promises – that he BROKE….or lied about.

You keep forgetting about the democrats’ lies, don’t you…..

McDonald’s stock prices are at an all time high. Most of the credit goes the fight for 15 crew. Trying to force the chain to pay $15 per hr for no and low skilled jobs which led them to replace the workers with machines.

OMAHA, Ne (FOX42KPTM) – A Nebraska Democratic Party official is now in hot water. An audio recording was posted on YouTube Thursday with Phil Montag, a technology chairman, voicing how glad he was Louisiana Congressman Steve Scalise got shot last week at a baseball practice. Nebraska Democratic Party chairwoman Jane Kleeb confirmed to FOX 42 News Thursday it was really his voice.

“His whole job is to get people, convince Republicans to (expletive) kick people off (expletive) health care. I’m glad he got shot,” said Montag in the audio recording.

Montag is now looking for a new job. Kleeb let him go after the recording became public.

And the democrats continue to advocate violence.

Johnny Depp has issued an apology for a controversial comment about President Donald Trump, asking, “When was the last time an actor assassinated a president?”

“It did not come out as intended, and I intended no malice. I was only trying to amuse, not to harm anyone,” the actor said in a statement to People on Friday.

And the democrats and liberals continue to advocate violence. They apologize only AFTER they’re caught.

Four Senators have contacted Loretta Lynch in their investigation of the Justice Department and members of the Judiciary committee report that it is likely Lynch will testify regarding Clinton’s emails and whether she interfered with Comey’s investigation.

Senate Panel Questions Lynch In Alleged FBI Interference

It wouldn’t be the first time Clinton got a pass on the hard parts. Apparently, some people don’t know the concept of “fair play” and cheat to get ahead. And, Clinton calls Trump voters deplorables? You have to ask what she calls her motley crew. It’s looking like they literally would do anything to get her elected.

“Trump congratulates himself for influencing Comey’s testimony with White House tapes ruse”.

Trump must not have read “The Boy Who Cried Wolf” when he a kid.

Too bad, because Trump is nothing more than a rich liar. He is certainly not presidential.

Anon. June 23, 2017 at 3:02 PM

And now the democrat party is in a tailspin – they don’t know whether to keep or boot pelosi.

The only reason to keep her is she can fundraise – which tells me they’re more interested in the money than helping others. Why don’t the democrats show how helpful they are by DONATING their funds to the needy instead of the politicians.

Hmm ? June 23, 2017 at 4:10 PM

@181 Aspirin

When you call Trump a liar, as you have again and again, you are obviously holding him to a different standard than Obama. What, then? You have given Obama, Hillary, Lynch, Bazile, a pass for their bad behavior? That’s what it sounds like. You have turned a blind eye to their infractions and that is just the tip of the iceberg. You don’t seem to be mentioning their transgressions here, but according to libtards, Trump is the liar. The investigation will reveal instead the lurid, rotten underbelly of the Obama administration/swamp which Hillary hoped to inherit and carry on in that tradition. I would not be surprised if they find a trillion of our national debt was pocketed by Obama’s and his cabinet of criminals and used on parties much like the events under Napolitano at UC Berkeley. That is my point. Drain the swamp, President Trump, and Make America Great Again! #MAGA
