ACCIDENTS:

  • Marsh Creek Rd./Gym Ct.  Injuries.  (11/30/15 – 0645 hrs.)

ARRESTS:

  • Inverness Wy/Pebble Peacock Dr.  Receive/Etc. Known Stolen Property; Possess/Burglary Tools; Petty Theft; Vehicle Theft.  A 38-year-old Oakley male, along with a 41-year-old Concord male and a 23-year-old Oakley female, were arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  They were transported to Concord Police Department for booking.  (11/20/15 – 0327 hrs.)
  • 5400 Clayton Rd.  Obstruct/Etc. Business Operations/Refuse to Leave; Disorderly Conduct: Alcohol; Probation Violation. A 29-year-old Pittsburg male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was arrested and transported to Concord Police Department for booking.  (11/24/15 – 0309 hrs.)
  • Main St./Diablo St.  DUI: Alcohol; DUI Alcohol/.08%; On Probation for DUI; Probation Violation.  A 32-year-old Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.   (11/26/15 – 0109 hrs.)
  • Kirker Pass Rd./Olive Dr.  Drive While License Suspended for DUI.  A 56-year-old Pittsburg male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.  (11/26/15 – 0635 hrs.)
  • Center St.  Possess Controlled Substance Paraphernalia; Probation Violation.  A 24-year-old Clayton male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.  (11/27/15 – 2334 hrs.)
  • Main St.  Disorderly Conduct: Alcohol.  A 20-year-old Clayton male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was transported to Martinez Detention facility for booking.  (11/28/15 – 0131 hrs.)
  • Oakhurst Dr./Yolanda Cr.  Warrant.  A 23-year-old Clayton female was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  She was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.  (11/28/15 – 2352 hrs.)
  • Clayton Rd./Mitchell Canyon Rd.  DUI: Drugs.  A 58-year-old Antioch female was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  She was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.  (12/01/15 – 2307 hrs.)
  • Marsh Creek Rd./Regency Dr.  DUI: Alcohol; On Probation for DUI; Drive While License Suspended for DUI.  A 53-year-old Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.  (12/02/15 – 2050 hrs.)

  • Joscolo View.  Petty Theft.  (11/24/15 – 1317 hrs.)
  • 6400 Clayton Rd.  Petty Theft.  (11/26/15 – 0828 hrs.)
  • 5400 Clayton Rd.  Burglary – Commercial.  (11/26/15 – 2119 hrs.)
  • Haviland Ct.  Petty Theft.  (11/28/15 – 1225 hrs.)
  • 1500 Kirker Pass Rd.  Burglary – Commercial.   (12/01/15 – 1150 hrs.)

VANDALISMS:

  • None.

It’s not luck. They’ve made smart choices so they have a nice town to live in.

That is actually a lot for Clayton. Just wait until they build the high density housing though. It will get worse. Thanks City Council for looking out for the citizen’s best interest.
