It’s “Boundary” Oak.

This is near the Police Firing range or is the range…what causes a fire at that time of night?

A careless driver tossing a cigarette out the window?

Was listening to the scanner when the CCFD announced this one. The first engine on site reported the fire near a WCPD explosives storage area. The FD contacted the PD, which told them there was C-4 in the storage area, but that it was fire proof. C-4 only explodes when detonated so the FD people were in no extra danger, except the fire just would have gotten hotter.
