Please Drive Safely on the Streets of Claycord – And NEVER Drink & Drive

Over the weekend, we had several vehicle collisions, and one resulted in the death of a woman and her two-year-old child.

Please drive safely, no matter where you’re travelling. If you plan to drink during the Independence Day Holiday, please don’t drive.

The sign pictured above was flattened over the weekend near John Muir Hospital in Concord. One witness said the person driving the vehicle was texting (although that hasn’t been confirmed).

It’s a war zone out there. Be safe. Be careful, pay attention to the road and your driving and leave the phone alone…….
