My husband works at the drive-in and when he called me about he said the person was ejected from the vehicle. He couldn’t tell if they were alive.

I was hoping that when I checked Claycord this morning, I would read good or uplifting news. Nope. More downer news. Staying away from Claycord today.

My prayers for a full recovery for this person.

My family and I were at the drive in watching Transformers when we watched the car fly off highway 4. We ran to help and the driver was laying in the road 100 plus feet away from what was left of his car. very scary intense scene

As a former employee there are strict policies that we were not allowed to touch the dogs and to enforce the rules on the dog menu that are supplied the people who bring their dogs. Our policies go hand in hand with the health departments codes to ensure a clean eating environment. The restaurant is named lazy DOG, we have a DOG menu, the culture and ambiance of the restaurant is DOGS, so if you have a problem with eating around DOGS then ask to be seated AWAY from the patio or order takeout or better yet stay out of the restaurant since you probably don’t tip well.

Servers face a challenge in telling their tables to remove their dog from a chair or keep the leash tighter… Offend a dog owner by telling them to control their dog- risk lowering their tip.

This has happened in a Southern California lazy dog before and I believe due to the overwhelming success of the restaurant: dogs will be allowed again just in due time.

Lazy dog has been inspected three times by health inspectors while I was working and passed with flying colors every time. The company is amazing and holds it’s employees; both kitchen and service to a very high standard.

It’s very simple: if you don’t like dogs – DONT GO TO LAZY DOG.

I agree 100% with former LD. However next time post your comment in the correct topic lol. It pisses me off that people go to a cafe known to cater to dogs and then they complain that there are dogs there, WTF. Those people should be punched in the throat
