Clayton needs a jail.

2 @Anon, #1----They call it "outsourcing" May 31, 2014 at 1:01 PM

More than likely it costs Clayton much less to use Concord’s facilities than to construct and maintain their own.

Richie Enea are you poaching into Concord? You rascal!

We don’t need a jail, we need a wall to keep Concord out! If it wasn’t for their residents, Clayton would have no crime at all.

@#2
It’s not outsourcing, it’s returning your misfits to their rightful home.

Your comment, on the face of it, sounds kind of rude. But, you’re right. It is astounding the amount of Concord residents who are usually the arrestees on here. 5 out of 6, and the 6th is from Hayward.
