Check out these fantastic photos from this morning’s total lunar eclipse. The top photo is a composite of before, during and after the eclipse.
Thanks to Charles Lindsey with www.CSKphotography.net for sharing them!
Arooooo arooooo aroooooo!
Wow, just wow!
Where were these taken?
I feel you anon, love my planet!
Sure didn’t look like that from my house! It was more dark brown/black
Bonnie Tyler said it best…
@Rebel – in Concord off Ayers
@Chuckie’s Wife – It did look dark brown at the beginning of the eclipse and was almost barely visible, but about 1/2hr into the eclipse the haze in the sky faded and the color was the brilliant red you see here.
Were these taken around here? We had a very thin layer of clouds just enough to give it a slight hazy blur.
Thanks for posting the photos. Nice.
Such clear pictures, thanks. Out my way a cloud came by just after umbra and all I could see was a darken fuzzy. Mars was still in the clear though.
That looks beautiful.
Wow! What gorgeous photos! TY for sharing them with us.
