  • Kirker Pass Rd./Olive Dr. Drive With a Suspended License; Driving a Vehicle While Driving Privilege Suspended. A 51-year-old Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was issued a citation and released on his signed promise to appear. (3/7/14 – 0125 hrs.)
  • Clayton Rd./Kirker Pass Rd. Take Vehicle Without Owner’s Consent/Vehicle Theft; Receive/Etc Known Stolen Property; Possess/Etc Burglary Tools; Possess Controlled Substance Para phernalia; Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. A 27-year-old Pittsburg female was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. She was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking. (3/8/14 – 0141 hrs.)
  • Clayton Rd./Kirker Pass Rd. Drive While License Suspended for DUI. A 23-year-old Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was issued a citation and released on his signed promise to appear. (3/10/14 – 0055 hrs.)
  • 1500 Kirker Pass Rd. Contribute to the Delinquency of a Minor. A 37-year-old Concord male was arrested after being contacted by officers on patrol. He was issued a citation and released on his signed promise to appear. (3/10/14 – 0127 hrs.)
  • 5400 Clayton Rd. Use/Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. A 47-year-old Pleasant Hill male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (3/13/14 – 1608 hrs.)

Yes… if people from Concord would simply stay home, Clayton wouldn’t have any crime. As a resident of Clayton, I don’t appreciate my tax dollars being spent babysitting Concord’s misfits.
