This week, Concord had 10 burglaries. The week before, Concord had 8, and before that, Concord had 13 burglaries.

The last two numbers in each address have been deleted to respect the privacy of the victim(s).

According to the Concord Police, the report shown above might not include burglaries that are still under investigation.

I’m starting to wonder how so many people are getting caught slipping and not securing their property? Come on Concord watch out for your neighbors… Enough is enough. Keep Concord clean

44** Crestwood Cr. Sunday, same house Tuesday? Crime is not down, just shifted to effecting people and families instead of supermarkets. Scum.

And on Sapling?!?! What the hell is going on. Those 2 break ins were done by the same person 3 blocks from each other, twice.

Crime is up! Cars are harder to steal these days. For car theifs Cops should use old steal able cars as bugged bait. Follow the culprits and bust them.
Residential Burglaries!!! We have Bold burglars http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/displaycode?section=pen&group=00001-01000&file=458-464
I think we need more web cams monitoring residences. More re-active alert citizens. More motion detector sensor lights. If your neighbors dog starts going off in the middle of the night. Get yourself up! and Check it out!

These are mostly weather related reductions.. That number was double a few weeks back. Take the time now to get that IP wireless camera and help knock this number lower once the creeps are back in full force! $200 will get you HD quality and night vision..

BFF Out!

Mr. Molstad created a time graph on these stats, but now I want to create a graph for areas of Concord. Nah, that would be way too much work.

@J This area is so low crime I think it may be a local .

Unfortunately, the Claycord peanut gallery has expressed many times that they are not interested in strategies that might actually help catch crooks, like IP cameras. They would much rather move the crime to their neighbor’s house or car with “solutions” like The Club.
