A plane has overturned on a runway at Buchanan Field in Concord. It is unknown if the plane was taking off or landing when it overturned.

The plane is leaking fuel and as of right now, and ConFIRE isn’t sure if anybody is injured.

UPDATE, 12:51pm: No injuries have been reported. One person was on the plane at the time of the crash.

UPDATE, 1:11pm: A Claycordian witnessed the crash, and says “Watched as it happened. He was on approach. Just prior to touch down he nosed up then down to hard and flipped.”

Thanks to Steve for the details on the crash!

The pilot, who was the only person on the plane, was uninjured.

Looks Like a Bunch of First Responders Flipped it Upright. The Pilot and Plane Are Being Walked Off 1-9r Right.

Don’t like flying. Been on perfect flight and still don’t like it.
