This female red-tailed hawk was having a great time taking a shower at the Lindsay Wildlife Museum in Walnut Creek on Sunday.

Thanks to the Lindsay Museum for sharing this video!

This is pretty awesome! I remember a while ago I tried giving my dogs a bird bath.

Great place to visit and well deserving of a donation.

We don’t see it every day because only the rich birds have access to showers and even then predators like to hang around for a free meal. Unemployed birds are having a ruff time just finding a habitat to live in since every national forest west of the Mississippi is at high risk for catastrophic fire thanks to the pyromaniac folks over in the Sierra Club. Burn Baby Burn.

Cute video though. Lyndsay Museum does a great job.
