Concord Police on Sunday night arrested a 27-year-old burglary suspect from Oakland after he allegedly failed to comply with Officers’ commands to exit the home he was accused of breaking into.
The suspect, who has not been identified, was detained by a Concord Police K9 before he was arrested.
Police tell Claycord.com it all started when the owner of a house on Third Street arrived at her residence to find the male suspect still inside. She immediately called police, and they arrived and took the suspect into custody a short time after he refused to come out.
The suspect was medically cleared at the hospital and then transported to the county jail in Martinez.
