This is the old Rancho Snack Bar on Treat Blvd. in Concord.
The restaurant was on the corner of Treat Blvd. and Pembroke, located halfway between Cowell Rd. and Clayton Rd. It was torn down in 1973 to make room for the widening of Treat. Also, several homes facing Treat were torn down. The Contra Costa Mobile Library truck would also stop there every two weeks and set up shop in the parking lot of the snack bar.
