Is Ms. Tenpenny accounted for?

I have to agree with that. I was right behind someone on Clayton rd, and out comes the still burning butt.

Apparently, in the smokers mind, this is not littering. I see this so often.

The fire was a perfect circle (almost). It looked as of someone ran around with some kind of flammable substance, then lit it after finishing. We saw this around 230 am before it had spread

I was listening to my scanner and heard the bull dozer going so I had to take a ride and watch them work. They are truly nuts!!!
