Firefighters Knock Down Small Vegetation Blaze Near Rossmoor

Firefighters from ConFIRE have extinguished a vegetation blaze that started just after 9am today near the community of Rossmoor.

The fire was off Stanley Dollar Drive, and was estimated to be about two-acres in size.

No homes were threatened, and no injuries were reported.

ConFIRE says the fire was likely caused by a blown transformer.
