Due to needed seismic upgrades, the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District’s headquarters building at 5019 Imhoff Place in Martinez will soon be undergoing renovations. The work is expected to take about eight months.
During this period, employees and services are being moved to various temporary locations. Some, such as the Permit Counter, will be across the street from the headquarters; others, including Human Resources, will be in a leased office space at 1470 Enea Circle in Concord.
