Clayton Burglary Suspects Evade Concord Police on Monument Boulevard

November 6, 2012 · 15 comments

Concord Police were involved in a stolen vehicle pursuit on Monument Boulevard just before 1pm on Tuesday.

The suspects in the vehicle, a white male and a white female, were also possibly suspects in residential burglaries that occurred this week in the City of Clayton and today in the City of San Ramon.

The vehicle was a black Mercedes with two different license plates.

The pursuit ended when the driver of the vehicle drove into oncoming traffic on Monument Boulevard near Oak Grove Road.

The Mercedes was last seen going outbound Monument Boulevard, towards Pleasant Hill.

Note to self– just one on the back– not 2 different== no one abides by the laws these days & has both…& steal plates from a non-stolen car to put on it—it is not really that hard to do

Hey Mayor, can you tell us where we can find out more info on the residential burglaries in Clayton earlier this week (that you mentioned in this article)?

Black Mercedes?

I have seen a black Mercedes around the area. I felt there was something odd about the car and passengers.

I’ll keep a lookout for them for a couple of days.

Two different license plates….hmmmm

Hats off to Concord PD for calling off the pursuit when it got too dangerous. Its not easy to do that.

The Plates are Paper plates – Probably say some BS like Pena Automotive.
Wayy too many Fake paper plates out there – For example: A 1980’s S10 with paper plates, COME ON!!!
However, the Police will be accused of Profiling if they pull them over.

Perhaps CPD need to check the black Mercedes that is parked in the back of Pine Creek…………….Guy that owns it doesn’t seem to have a job, comes and goes in the middle of the night (you can hear him fire the thing up)……..I always felt he is the friendly neighborhood drug dealer…….maybe he is branching out.

There is a black mercedes in our parking lot that has been backed in, only one license plate in the back, broken open trunk & sun roof on top. Called CPD & asked them to run it & they hung up. Going to call again this morning & give the license # again. I have a feeling it is stolen, because they always back them in here @ LaVista.
