Mayor, all sections of Southbrook Dr are in the 5XXX numbers.
Could you possibly mean Southbrook Place? Those are in the 200’s.

“A 25-year-old Concord male was also arrested for an outstanding warrant. He was issued a new court date and released on his signed promise to appear. (9/27/12 – 0033 hrs.)”

Please, would a police officer explain why this man was released “on his promise”. It’s already obvious he can’t be trusted to keep a promise…..signed or not….. and he was out attracting enough attention that he was arrested again.

Misdemeanor warrants are required to be cited out unless they are something like a bench warrant/mandatory appearance/etc.. Doesn’t make a lot of sense to me either, but you live in California, where the State bends over backwards to accommodate criminals.
