ACCIDENTS:

  • None

ARRESTS:

  • Indian Wells Way/Oakhurst Dr. DUI; Reckless Driving; Evading. A 29-year-old Pleasant Hill male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (6/24/12 – 0111 hrs.)
  • Clayton Rd./Mitchell Canyon Rd. Suspended License. A 24-year-old Brentwood female was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. She was issued a citation and released on her signed promise to appear. (6/27/12 – 0840 hrs.)
  • Oak St./Clayton Rd. DUI. A 21-year-old San Pablo female was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. She was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (6/28/12 – 0216 hrs.)
  • Center St./Marsh Creek Rd. DUI. A 22-year-old Concord male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (6/28/12 – 0220 hrs.)

Yep – Three arrests after midnight. I am correct in my observations about Clayton PD.
Bottom line: Don’t be in Clayton after 11pm!!

Be sure your tags are current, all your lights work, use your blinkers and it’s no worries. Just don’t freak out if a car comes up behind you at a VERY high rate of speed, they’re just checking your tag color.
