Firefighters are battling a house fire at 3686 Rosebrook Court in Concord, according to ConFIRE.
ConFIRE says the fire is currently in the roof and garage area of the house, which is off Cowell Road.
The Concord Police helped three adults get out of the house. One of the adults suffered smoke inhalation and the other two were uninjured.
There’s no word yet on the cause of the blaze.
UPDATE, 2:40am: The fire started at about 2:20am, and as of 2:40am, the fire is in the “mop-up” stage, which means it’s almost completely out.
The Red Cross has been called to assist the three adults.
The fire was spotted first by a neighbor, who saw smoke coming from the home and immediately called the fire department.

Not saying this is what happened in this fire.
Few years back, 5 am on the way to work saw bright orange red glow next to a garage. Flames were as high as the roof. Turns out home owners were smokers and had emptied ash trays into garbage then taken it out to the plastic tote outside before they went to bed about 11 pm. They needed new fence boards and a new garbage tote.
