Today, Friday Feb. 17th, is the grand opening of the new Pleasant Hill Safeway and it has several great specials today only. I got an email from Safeway regarding it, as did my daughter who lives across town.

You can go to Safeway’s website and put in your zip code and the Grand Opening specials will come up.

Isn’t the Frugal Find local?

Everyone who gave their email and a local zip when they got their Club card should have gotten the email.

I’ve had a set of those Henckel knives for nearly 15 years now. They are durable and ‘hold’ their serrated edges – a good ‘everyday’ set if you don’t want to constantly be sharpening good knives.
