Why don’t they mess with guys in their own age group…. afraid they may get the @$& kicked. They have to stalk and attack the older folks. Wimps!

Any low-life POS that would attack, harm, assault, or steal from a 60 year old women is a coward, and doesn’t deserve to breath the same air as I do.

Don’t they have security cameras in the parking lot rewind the tape to find out what type of car this jerk was driving.the is just another reason why I hate concord this town has turned into a real cesspool

Everyone should start carrying a can of red spray paint with them when they’re out shopping. I hear it’s a better deterrent than pepper spray. The advantages of red spray paint:
1) It really stings the eyes,
2) The perpetrator thinks he (or she) is bleeding, and
3) The perpetrator is marked and easy to identify for a really long time after spraying.

It looks kind of fruity to snatch a woman’s purse! Cross dresser?

My heart goes out to that poor woman. I hope they catch this creep.

I now only carry my Zoe wallet/purse combo (I got mine at REI for $21) and I can wear it comfortably under a cardigan or jacket and I feel safer with my arms free and no purse visible on me. I gave one to a couple of friends and family members as well and they love them. I no longer feel safe going out solo with a handbag in tow. Here is a link if anyone wants to check them out.

Also, Fry’s sells mace key chains for $4 a pop too.

Disgusted and pissed. I swear I want to start a claycord team who walks together in the areas being taken over by trash. Move ‘em out. Play muzak 24 hours a day…report suspicious behavior….let’s take our knitting and lounge where they lounge…make eye contact…how can we make THEM uncomfortable enough to STOP bringing down our neighborhoods! Ok..maybe not the correct claycord spot to post….hope our 60 yr old is ok..I’ll repeat elsewhere soon…

Sabre makes a pepper sray that dyes the face for 24hrs

We should just start stringing these guys up in the middle of Todos Santos. That might make an impression.

The sunvalley mall don’t have camera’s in their parking lots. All they have is those fat security guards who drive around every hour, so they say.

I LOVE THE PAINT IDEA!!!!!!! Going to Ace tonight and getting a can myself.

One thing ive learned is to not carry cash, you cant get it back if its stolen. I carry only plastic cards.

in your community? Banishment is a great option. We should get it back. Deport these thieves to central Africa and strip them of US Citizenship. They may get back, but then again, they may not.

19 Ancient Mariner February 10, 2012 at 8:40 PM

I keep hearing suggestions for banishment of certain criminals, and I think this is a bad idea. Suppose the place to which you banish criminals doesn’t like the idea. Suppose the people in central Africa have enough problems of their own and don’t want your cast-offs. Suppose they decide to teach you a lesson and, to get you to stop banishing your criminals to their country, they decide to banish their criminals to Claycord in response. You wouldn’t be in a postion to object, since that’s what you’re doing to them. After all, sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. What kind of criminals might they send us? Lord’s Resistance Army? Butt Naked Battalion? You’re better off dealing with the minor offenders you have here.

I usually am a better human being than this, but the dark side of me wonders if outsourcing our prison inmates to a 3rd world country wouldn’t be a bad idea. Look how well it has worked out for our jobs {sarcastic}? The last time I checked it was around $40k a year to house a criminal in a California prison. I am sure we can do this for a fraction of the cost in a prison in India or China.

The worst offense is calling someone 60 ELDERLY!

22 Local Musician February 10, 2012 at 11:54 PM

@Ancient Mariner
I think the point is that they get eaten by lions or what-have-you. You could dump them in the Pacific too. I think it’s the same concept.

23 DD February 11, 2012 at 6:53 AM

Catch a couple of these D-Bags and perform public dismemberments on them. The problem will stop.

24 @Local Love February 11, 2012 at 3:41 PM

”Let’s take our knitting and hang out where they hang out.”

Those knitting needles will come in handy when you have to plunge them into the assailant’s back when he tries to steal a purse or assault someone. Crochet hooks take too much effort……..

25 @Ancient Mariner February 11, 2012 at 3:44 PM

You could always banish them to that floating garbage ”island”. But that would be too good for those people……

26 ray February 11, 2012 at 4:52 PM

Easy solution…don’t go to that POS place.

Wasp & hornet killer is good protection and you can drop a person to their knees from 20 ft away!

28 Michael February 13, 2012 at 11:31 AM

So Bank of America has no information on this. The security guard in their parking lot saw nothing. Concord Police has no information on this. Mall security was not notified of anything. Does Claycord confirm any other their postings?

29 CLAYCORD.com February 13, 2012 at 11:32 AM

@Michael, you might want to check again. Everything was confirmed.
