Wow! Didn’t know him personally but he was a trainer when I was going to Clayton Valley Gym, before it was Maverick’s & In-Shape. I’m very sorry to hear of his passing.

Our family is so sad to learn of Frank’s passing. He has been a friend for many years and Kaitlyn has thoroughly enjoyed working for him for several years. We will all miss him terribly. Frank always had a smile and a kind word to share. Our wonderful memories of him will always be with us.

Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers – this was a complete shock – totally unexpected and everyone is still reeling from this.

Also – take a moment to call/hug your parent(s).

I’m shocked and saddened. Been going to Clayton Fitness for a few years and Frank was always friendly and helpful. He’ll be missed.

So very sad. Just recently joined at the recommendation of my wife. I recall watching Frank work the last two Saturdays during circuit training and it was obvious he “touched” several of the those in the class. I am kicking myself today for not going out of my way to get to know such a gentleman. Certainly too young and, while I didn’t know him or his family, my thoughts will be with them.

Oh No! I’m so sorry to hear this. Frank was such a good guy and a great inspiration. I first met him years ago when working out in the same building where he has Clayton Fitness. When I found out he was the owner of Countrywood Fitness, I joined right away. RIP Frank.

Frank you have always been like a father to me and I will always love and miss you terribly. The family environment you made the gym and all the love and kindness you poured on everyone is amazing and will always be remembered. My thoughts, prayers, and all my love go out to you and your family. RIP.

I’ve known Frank since he opened Clayton Fitness. I will always remember the smile on his face and his genuine care for others. There’s a hole in the community without him. He is greatly missed. I will never forget how much he’s done for my family and I.

Oh my goodness….I am so sad to hear this news. Frank trained myself and a good friend at Clayton Valley A/Club way back before it was Mavericks etc. He was so amazing and such a wonderful person. My heart is breaking for his family and friends and I can only pray for peace for all of them. God Bless you Frank! I adored you!

Frank ran a decent well run Fitness club with Clayton Fitness Center. The dues were reasonable due to it being low fanfare and just good weights and machines.Frank took the time to teach me how to lift safely.I rember him as a trainer at Clayton Valley Athletic Club.Frank always supported the schools and local sports teams.I am shocked and sad at his passing..I will miss him.

This is so very sad. I didn’t know Frank, but two in my family did — My husband works out at the gym, and my son has been friends with one of Frank’s sons for years. I was so sorry to hear of his passing, and wish his family strength in getting through this difficult time.

Very sad to hear of this news today. I had known Frank since the days of Clayton Valley Athletic club with volleyball and wallyball. He was an upbeat and friendly person. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and those that didn’t know him, would have liked him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, colleagues, etc. May the happy memories of Frank provide comfort during this time. Love ya Frank!

Ed and I were so sad and shocked to hear of Frank’s death. We have been doing the 5:00 am super circuit with Frank on Monday, Wednesday & Friday’s for quite some time. He was a tough, but a kind and caring coach. Always wanting to provide suggestions to enhance our workouts. God forgive you if you should tell him you didn’t like a certain circuit component, he would keep you working it until you got it down. We will sincerely miss him and his early morning humor; sharing his family and dog stories with all of us. God bless.

Such painful news…praying for Diane and his son’s strength at this difficult time. Made the best memories with him during a recent cruise to Italy with he and Diane. The hilarity with this guy…endless, and the sports enthusiasm–awesome. Thank you for all the generosity in friendship you provided us in the short time we knew you. Until we see you again, rest in peace Frankie.

RIP Frank. Frank was the first trainer I met at Clayton Valley AC in 1993 when I joined there. He was always friendly and willing to help. Just recently spoke to him at the Clayton Starbucks, within the last 2 weeks.
