Scary so many robberies in Concord makes me not want to go outside
Please, Mr. Mayor, just if it wouldn’t be too much trouble, would you give the nearest cross street when you are writing a crime report? It might help a reader to start picking up some sort of pattern or to look for the car and suspects in the nearby neighborhoods.
Keep the number of robberies in perspective with the population. Concord is well over 100,000 people.
@Antler, Good suggestion, will do.
Mayor
Anything close to the freeway is an easy target. Sucks.
Oh yeah, well, I guess we should keep it in perspective. As long as we aren’t getting more than the allotted robberies per capita….
Hell No! Any robbery should not be tolerated. We should be outraged. I feel sorry for anyone who works at a convenience store or small eatery where they might run the place alone for a while. These joints are getting targeted by dirt bags who need to be shot.
Liberal doesn’t mean pacifist.

Yeah, all the rich people eat at Subway. Morons…
Concord? Who said anything about Concord? I thought this was in Pleasant Hill.
Low life’s!
We will be seeing more n more of this now that the state has let out…the not so bad…
I forget …… why can’t we shoot these guys?
I forget …… why can’t we shoot these guys?
Because here in the land of the left, criminals have more rights and privileges than people who obey the law.

Okay, public hanging then ! At least for repeat offenders.
$40,000.00 per year to keep these guys in the slam. Absolute lunacy.
Bravo #11, you hit the nail on the head.
Exactly how much money do these Einsteins think they’re going to score at a Subway store at 7:00 a.m.? I feel badly for the clerk. Security cameras and panic buttons would be nice.
