If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, this sounds like a lot of fun.
The Aquanuts, 12-time national champion synchronized swimmers and winners of more than 200 national and world titles–including some Olympic gold medals–will perform their ’70s themed show throughout the Labor Day weekend.
The swim show takes place through Sunday night at the Clarke Memorial Swim Center, Heather Farm Park, Walnut Creek. The Friday, Saturday and Sunday night shows begin at 8 p.m.
Tickets are $20 for general admission, $15 for seniors, and $10 for youth. Children three and under are free. All proceeds from this event will directly support WCA athletes and coaches.
Tickets can be purchased at www.aquanuts.org or at Sports Basement, 1881 Ygnacio Valley Road, Walnut Creek.
For more information, visit the Aquanut’s website at www.aquanuts.org, call 925-934-4792, or e-mail wcaswimshow2010@gmail.com.

That sounds like a lot of fun…..Thanks Mr. Mayor…
You can also purchase tickets at the gate, btw. Should be a great show, plus 70′s music that oldsters like me can appreciate (Queen, Alice Cooper, Pilot, Don McLean etc.)
Always looking for some family fun on the weekend. Thanks for posting the information.
That sounds really fun. A bit pricey though. I’m sure it’s for a great cause though.
Hubba hubba.
Now here’s a case where I was going to poke fun then thought better of it. Needlessly insensitive and petty, I thought.I want credit for that.
