BREAKING NEWS: RAPE SUSPECT CAPTURED IN CONCORD

May 19, 2010 16:39 pm · 102 comments

BREAKING NEWS: Concord Police have captured a rape suspect on Michigan Boulevard and Kentucky Drive. Details are still sketchy, but I’m hearing the suspect, who’s described as a hispanic man in his 20′s was going around the state streets passing out flyers, when he went into a home and allegedly raped an unknown age girl.

A perimeter was set up in the area, and police caught the man with the help of a CLAYCORDIAN, who tells me he was listening to the CLAYCORD.com online scanner at a relatives home and spotted the man a few minutes later walking on Michigan.

According to the anonymous reader of CLAYCORD.com, here’s how the capture went down.

I saw the man walking on Oregon Drive and turning on to Michigan Boulevard. A few minutes prior I was listening to your online scanner at a relatives home but had to leave. On my way out of the area I spotted him and he stared at me. While he was looking over his shoulder staring, he started to walk fast and I immediately pulled over and called the PD thinking it could possibly be their suspect. The officers arrived withing about 5 seconds and held the man at gunpoint and cuffed him in the driveway of a home on Kentucky.

Stay tuned, I’m working on getting more details, such as the man’s name.

Thanks to our very good friend “Mister Writer” for the photo of the suspect.

GREAT JOB to the Concord Police, and the anonymous CLAYCORDIAN who helped capture the rape suspect.

UPDATE: Concord PD has determined the alleged rape we reported on today didn’t involve force, and the suspect, a 20-year-old door to door salesman has been arrested for having sex with a minor.

Lt. Garrett Voerge says the 20-year-old man is still being interviewed.

The arrestee was going door to door handing out sales material, but this was not a rape involving force, violence, duress, or fear.

Concord Police say they’re still investigating. Stay tuned for more details.

And yet again, as a result of this site, another dirtbag bites the dust.

Thanks for all you do for us Mayor.

2 MisterWriter May 19, 2010 at 4:42 PM

Driving by and saw the catch – AWESOME job by Concord and Clayton PD – not going to let this trash get away. He was apparently going door to door and forced his way in. Don’t open your doors to door to door people!!!!

W00T!!
Claycord saves the day yet again.

4 SK May 19, 2010 at 4:45 PM

Great job, CPD! So glad to hear you caught this scum. Prayers that the victim will recover quickly.

Does Arizona have a relocation packet?

6 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 4:47 PM

Nobody saved anything a girl got raped.

7 L May 19, 2010 at 4:47 PM

This was a well executed search (followed on scanner) – perimeter was set up and witnesses were so helpful. Great job CPD! THANK YOU!

8 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 4:56 PM

Mr. Mayor, you have done it yet once again! With out your site, his capture may not have been made possible.

9 ClaytonGal May 19, 2010 at 4:57 PM

Great Job CLAYCORD SCANNER listener…

This girl/woman is going to be going through trauma. At least she will know the person that harmed her is caught and will be in jail.

I wish her the best through the recovery process (if you ever recover from something like this). But, my thought are with her.

Mr. Mayor–Can we help her in some way?

10 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 5:05 PM

4:47, they saved many other people from being raped by this loser.

11 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 5:09 PM

How frightening – In broad daylight at a time when kids are often home alone after school. I’m so glad the police were able to catch him. My prayers go out to the victim.

12 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 5:10 PM

Talk about hitting close to home. I live in the State Streets. Thanks to all for catching this S.O.B. and my thoughts go out to the girl.
I wish the laws were tougher on this where they shoot first and ask questions later. She’ll have to live with this the rest of her life while he lives on easy street being taken care of by the state.

13 City Girl May 19, 2010 at 5:17 PM

I’m with #9. In all SERIOUSNESS, how can we all help? And, I’m NOT looking for answers related to what we would do with the perp if we could get our hands and feet on him.

14 MissMelyssa May 19, 2010 at 5:17 PM

Good job to the claycordian to was listening to the scanner. Without this person’s insight, they wouldn’t have a suspect.

15 WOW May 19, 2010 at 5:28 PM

The power of this website is unbelievable! It is far more powerful than the local paper or any television or radio station when it comes to community action.

I love it, I am with WOW, this power of this site is unbelievable.

I have to say thank you to claycord. and the Concord PD. This guy came to my door, beging me to let him in to clean my carpets, I proceeded to tell him I do not have carpets, he kept beging me and beging saying “please, come on,let me in’ I finally said no and slamed the door! 45 min later I had the concord PD at my door, wanting a statement, the concord pd at the time would not tell me what happen, but that someone got hurt right around the corner, when I was done giving my statement, I rushed to Claycord.com.. and there was my answer, I am thankful nothing happen. A little frighten but thankful. I will keep the girl who got rapped in my thoughts and prayers and hopes she can get through this terrible crime. Its a shame noone and nothing can be trusted!

18 He's not selling Encylopedia Britannica...... May 19, 2010 at 5:36 PM

I”m telling you, some of these so called door to door people are scary!!! They are supposed to have an ID and documentation from the City to be able to go door to door. I don’t know what this scumbag was pushing, but he should be put away for a long time. You know if this is his first offense he’ll be released in no time. So sorry for the poor girl…….

19 Anybody know? May 19, 2010 at 5:39 PM

Was this cretin passing out those “Free Computer Recycling” flyers where they ask for your name, address, phone number, and signature? Then tell you to put that nugget out on the street along with your old CPU/Monitor/TV?

That’s a scam, by the way. They never pick up your stuff. Don’t be stupid. Don’t fall for this identity theft scam.

20 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 5:45 PM

Great picture with the Neighborhood Watch sign in the foreground. Too bad he probably can’t read English.

21 Why? May 19, 2010 at 5:51 PM

Why is the Perps face blurred out in the frontal photo?

22 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 5:52 PM

This person came to our house on el camino around 345-400pm. Unreal – what a close call as my wife and I are in shock!!!!! I’m at work out of town but my wife had one of our 3 kids in the bathtub when he came to our house so she looked out the window of the bathroom which is next to the porch and asked what he wanted. He stated he had flyers to pass out. She instructed him to leave the flyer on the doorstep and that she won’t open the door – he didn’t leave anything. The scary part is that I just spoke with my wife and told her about this and to look at the article on claycord – she said it was this person in the exact same clothes!!! Not only is it scary that it’s the same person, we have 2 other kids that ran to the door, could have opened the door but didn’t as it is/was someone they didn’t know/recognize. What a scary situation.

Thank you CPD for catching this animal. I’m in TOTAL shock and so is my wife.

23 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 5:56 PM

I hope the victim and her family sue the company he was passing the fliers out for. Seems like the biggest scumballs advertise this way and use the shadiest people to go door to door.

24 Annonymous May 19, 2010 at 5:58 PM

20,
Nice! You read my mind! Although you should get ready for those ‘holier than thou’ people calling you a racist, even though some innocent girl is going through trauma she shouldn’t have to because our country/state has an open border policy.

I’m not saying this wouldn’t have happened if the person was a citizen, I’m just stating the fact that illegal/un-regulated immigration causes more crime.

25 Mr. Mayor May 19, 2010 at 6:00 PM

Once it is confirmed he is charged with the crime, it will be unblurred, and another close up will be posted.

26 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 6:01 PM

Glad they caught the scumbag and my thoughts are with the girl.

I only open the door for people I know but often see my neighbors in the state streets speaking to solicitors (and inviting them in the house!) “because they look nice.” Maybe now they will be more careful. Even if you don’t let them in, just answering the door can be dangerous.

I have previously detailed an experience on here that I once had but it bears repeating. After dark I had the window open near the door. Some guy rang the bell and saw me in the house. He tried to convince me to open the door and got very agitated and began yelling at me when I wouldn’t. I was unable to close the window since it was so nearby the door so I picked up the phone and said if he didn’t leave right then I was dialing 911. He left but I should have reported him anyway because of his behavior. I never left the window open again.

27 Atticus Thraxx May 19, 2010 at 6:02 PM

Excellent job CPD! And Claycord follower! And Mister Writer! And Claycord.com! Thanks!

28 Anon E. Mouse May 19, 2010 at 6:18 PM

Nice work claycord! I vote for summary castration!
Aww leave race out of it… it could have been shady white trash or a person of darker color. A criminal is a criminal is a criminal.
hispanic criminal = illegal + open border policy so therefore according to that logic,
black criminal = welfare + poor education or
white criminal = ?
(asian criminal = needs tires for his honda?)
Once again my belief that racism is alive n’ kickin’ in the good ol’ USA has been reaffirmed.

29 happy May 19, 2010 at 6:25 PM

Too bad the pistol did not empty on him. Maybe he can be raped in prison by all each and every day.

30 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 6:28 PM

#24, how do you know he is in this country illegally?

31 JB May 19, 2010 at 6:31 PM

Great job by all those involved. My heart goes out to the victim.

32 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 6:38 PM

#28, let me fill in that “?” next to “white criminal”.

According to what I have learned from reading claycord.com, “white criminal = person who was discriminated against by liberals because he is white” or “white criminal = person who lost his job due to those socialists Obama/Pelosi” or “white criminal = person who lost his job to an illegal immigrant” or “white criminal = person who was driven out of business due to those over-zealous government bureaucrats who’ve never done a lick of real work in their entire lives”.

33 JR in Concord May 19, 2010 at 6:44 PM

I hope the Mayor doesn’t edit my post on this one.. All I have to say is “BADASS” Good job good citizen.. Karma point score..

34 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 6:46 PM

No one said he was illegal, just hispanic. but if he is illegal I doubt that ICE will be called. will probably be just catch and release and he will go to SF.

35 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 6:46 PM

I was driving up Kentucky this afternoon when I saw this going on. There were many Concord Police cars and I saw the rapist on the corner. I stared him straight into the eyes and he just looked blank. Further up on the left side of the street was the girl standing with some officers. I pulled over and asked what was going on just a number of houses down from my own the I was told, “Oh, nothing, everything is fine.” Everything is NOT fine! Why don’t the cops tell you what is going on in your own neighborhood so you can be aware of these things. I thought it was a domestic dispute or something. Thank you Claycord for informing local citizens of the crap going on in their own neighborhood since the cops don’t.

36 Diablo May 19, 2010 at 6:48 PM

At the point of conviction I think he should be branded with his crime, on his face so he can’t hide it. I lived in the State streets for many years and I hate to hear of this kind of crime next to so many schools.

37 ACC May 19, 2010 at 6:50 PM

So if this jackass is an illegal with a criminal history then this family needs to sue the pants off the company that hired him to pass out the fliers. Actually, this could be applied whether this **ck wad is illegal or not. If you hire people to go to residences then you’d better damn well know if they are rapists or not. I swear to God if he hurt a child….

38 Phil D. Withaight May 19, 2010 at 6:53 PM

Excellent Job by Everyone Involved

Would have been nice if the victim could have spent a few minutes with this Peuking Maggot before the cops arrived. Maybe someone could have lent her a Chainsaw, and she could have carved out a Genital Burrito and rammed it down his throat.

39 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 7:01 PM

Must be something in the air, there’s a PC 293 on Tilson, off Monument, right now.

40 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 7:09 PM

Doesn’t matter, He’ll appeal to the MEXICAN consulate and be RELEASED.

So yeah – I hope this story is followed up so WE can all see how flawed the system is.

If that was my female relative, I would go for His balls. I am really that diabolical.

41 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 7:09 PM

CPD did an awesome job.
Thanks to the alert Claycordian.
Once this SCUM makes it to the big house he will be getting his ASS waxed daily by the big boys there.

42 BE SAFE May 19, 2010 at 7:14 PM

This guy was pushing Kirby carpet shampooers. DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOMES!!!

IF you choose to open your door and talk to these people, DEMAND to see their ID before proceeding any further! NEVER Let a stranger in your home!!!

If you want a vacuum or a carpet shampooer, buy one at Wal-Mart or Costco NOT from some door to doors salesman!

Oh, and if this WAS Arizona and the guy was illegal, at least the cops could hand him over to INS immediately and he would be deported, unlike our liberal state where the local coppers are powerless over the illegals!

43 MisterWriter May 19, 2010 at 7:17 PM

The anonymous Claycordian who provided the final location deserves a huge credit for swift thinking. I would venture to say that person is likely the reason the guy got caught and a reason why citizens can make a difference. Well done – whoever you are.

44 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 7:19 PM

Darn … wish I’d had my scanner on less than a 2 minute drive, could have gone looking and introduced him to my little maple friend. Batter, UP!

I agree with ACC.
Also start looking at the company for licenses, permits, etc. Any violations, make an example out of them.
Anyone know yet which company it was?

45 BOOM Stick May 19, 2010 at 7:21 PM

This sounds like a job for my Mossberg…
I think it would be a much better tool for dispensing the type of justice this crime calls for than a judge’s gavel.
Like the rest of you, my thoughts are with the victim and her family.

46 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 7:27 PM

MisterWriter,
I’ve heard Police say that Intuition plays a huge part in their job. Kudos to the resident that was alert, so rare these days as nobody wants to be involved.

I’m thinking of posting a sign at my door: “If we don’t know you, We don’t answer”.

47 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 7:29 PM

ACC and 7:19pm,
Everyone automatically assumes it was a “company” passing out flyers.

1. Maybe the guy was a landscaper or house-cleaner looking for work. He may not even be hired by another company. He may just be some random guy walking the streets.

I live in the Clayton/Concord area and often receive flyers from landscapers and housecleaners.

Also in grocery store parking lots – I’ve been approached by ABSOLUTE JERKS that solicit their drive-by dent repair or auto detailing of my vehicle. I tell them I don’t own the vehicle and they harass me telling me something like…I see you driving it, then you must own it. AND, I’m a woman with a child. Very scarry!!!

The police should target the mobile dent repair and auto detailers who harass people all over town. My mistake for not getting the company name and license plate of the drive-by jerk! Next time I will get plate numbers and report them.

48 While we're on the subject said ... May 19, 2010 at 7:31 PM

… how about we ask the City Council to outlaw ALL door-to-door-solicitation in Concord?

It’s 2010 folks; there is no more need for door-2-door. They can send us an email with their flier attached.

When door-2-door is outlawed, only outlaws will go door-2-door.

49 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 7:45 PM

Thank you to the CPD and the outstanding citizens who were involved in his arrest. My heart goes out to the girl.

But my fellow Claycordians who post idiotic comments like these should be ashamed:
“He’ll appeal to the Mexican consulate and be released.”
“If he is illegal I doubt that ICE will be called. Will probably be just catch and release and he will go to SF”
“..if this WAS Arizona and the guy was illegal, at the least the cops could hand him over to INS immediately and he would be deported, unlike our liberal state where the local coppers are powerless over illegals!”.

Are you people really that stupid? Do you honestly a person charged with rape will be released because he is in this country illegally? Are you that stupid? Do you honestly believe the police are “powerless” when arresting an illegal immigrant for a violent crime? Do you honestly believe that the best possible course of action when a non-citizen is arrested for rape is to deport him instead of trying him and putting him in jail? Does that make any sense at all to you? What a bunch of idiots you are.

50 Cowellian May 19, 2010 at 7:46 PM

Kirby salesman, huh?

I recently attended a security seminar presented by CPD and hosted by the Cowell HOA. So, when the security salesman showed up at my door today, I asked him for his Police Department ID. Then I told him he wasn’t allowed to be selling without it.

51 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 7:51 PM

“I’m thinking of posting a sign at my door: ”

[If you are pushing a product, service or religion turn around and leave]

If they make the mistake of ignoring the sign and knock on the door, the sign is pointed out and they get a huge dose of RUDE. Then I go to the PC that has the DVR card in it, that records anyone that sets foot on the property, and save the video file of them coming up to then leaving the house. Then I call the police an request they be stopped and checked for city mandated permits.

52 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 7:56 PM

CPD won’t even check his immigration status for fear of being a racist police department. They are so scared of the Hispanic population and being sued. I’m sick of these free loaders and their kids. Look at the crime, look at the graffiti, look at the ruined schools…etc! The hits just keep on coming.

53 Atticus Thraxx May 19, 2010 at 7:57 PM

… how about we ask the City Council to outlaw ALL door-to-door-solicitation in Concord?

Enough with the laws already. In fact I vote for every law passed, two must be repealed.
Still an excellent effort by everyone no matter what this turns out to be.

54 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 7:58 PM

Your Own President tried to get an Immigrant off Death Row and returned to Mexico:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jos%C3%A9_Medell%C3%ADn

Medellín was convicted of raping and killing 16-year-old Elizabeth Pena and 14-year-old Jennifer Ertman in June, 1993.

Read up before you show everyone how clueless you are.

Why would you stop to ask a cop if anything is wrong? If you needed to know they would tell you. They are working a crime scene and conducting an investigation. They can’t tell every citizen the details of a crime they are still investigating. This is why cops are come across like jerks. How many people do you think asked them the same dumb question “Is anything wrong?” What do you think dumb***t. Would 10 cops be milling around if nothing was wrong? Wake up. Let them do their job. If you need to know THEY WILL TELL YOU. Otherwise all you do is interrupt their investigation.

56 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 7:59 PM

57 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 8:07 PM

Typically Statutory Rapes are called in when the parents come home early and find their teenage daughter in bed with the High School Quarterback.

58 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 8:09 PM

#49~

California cops don’t have the authority to detain someone solely because of their immigration status. Of course, if they commit a crime they can arrest!

59 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 8:12 PM

#32 Amen brother!
The problem with the Mexican culture is they think that it’s ok to stare at a young girl as young as 7 as a sexual prospect. I see it all the time males looking at young girls like a piece of a$$ it’s so disgusting. Once I caught a guy in a Wal-Mart looking at my then ten year old he was licking his lips I wanted to kill the guy I asked him what the hell he thought he was doing and of course he no habla ingles but he understood me just fine when I told him to quit looking at my child. Here is a link on age of sexual consent in Mexico. The laws are to light you get a slap on the wrist and most never see any jail time. http://www.ageofconsent.com/mexico.htm

Anon 5:52 comment # 22. As a precaution I’d advise getting that gadget that fits high on the door that prevents the little ones and an outsider from opening the door. James the door. My son is also too friendly and would open the door on his own. Took care of that long, long ago and now at almost 6 he still can’t open the door to strangers!!! Scary!!!

61 A correction if I may? May 19, 2010 at 8:39 PM

Phil # 38, the correct spelling for “peuking” is PUKING by the way.
As in, to puke, he’s puked, she’s puked, you’ve puked, we’ve all puked at least one time in our lives………

62 Alan Wang May 19, 2010 at 8:44 PM

Hold your comments, people. Concord PD says the 17 year old girl does not want to press charges because she invited the 22 year old man in her home and they had consensual sex. The girl’s father found out and called police who arrested the man while he was walking down the street soliciting more homes for carpet cleaning. His problem is that a 17 year old is too young to consent to sex, so now the man is in jail for Statutory rape (code 261.5 under California law). The charges are pending.

well guess what… i was walking the trail by the clayton library one day, just walking along and there were about 4 cops there, right where i was walking. about 2 werent looking very busy, so i wondered is there something i should be concerned about or just keep walking? well neither cops offered to deter me so i asked and was told that i might want to go the other way. well guess what happened..i came straight home and looked on claycord.com and found out that a young boy had been molested in the tunnel and they guy was on the loose and they were looking for him. so much for cops offering a warning.

All of you who bashed me are such losers and probably cops who don’t like being questioned. I did NOT ask the cops who were right there with him, you idiots. As I SAID, the entire CPD was there, taking over half the street. These cops were right in MY driveway, you a-holes. How many of you retards would go right into your home, with a young child, and not ask any questions? Well, probably all of you because you are all a bunch of mindless twits who probably tote their guns and hang out at Broadway Plaza.

73 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 10:40 PM

So are you guys feeling pretty stupid right now? I mean the ones who were saying they wished the police had shot him, hope he gets raped every day in prison, too bad she couldn’t go at him with a chainsaw, etc.

Thank you #69. I knew I liked that number for a reason ;)

75 anon May 19, 2010 at 10:58 PM

So just outta curiosity, the article states, “The arrestee was going door to door handing out sales material, but this was not a rape involving force, violence, duress, or fear.”

how was there no fear or force involved?? did the girl know the man? i dont see how she was not afraid or how force was not involved….

76 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 11:06 PM

I recently responded to a job ad on Craigslist–Company expansion- interview today, start tomorrow. Ok, I’ll bite. This company literally drops people off in neighborhoods, and you go door to door selling a product. They have a very nice office, but they have no time to do any background check on the people they hire. Be very careful. Never open your door to anyone! Period!

77 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 11:16 PM

to 75. maybe she found the guy attractive and wanted to have sex? does that help out moron

78 Anonymous May 19, 2010 at 11:20 PM

#54, did YOU even read the articles? And by “Your Own President” do you realize you were referring to George Bush? He did not try to get Jose Medillin off death row and returned to Mexico. The issue was that a Mexican citizen was denied the right to talk with a Mexican consulate official after he was arrested. According to a treaty the US signed, he should have been able to talk to a consulate official. President Bush DID NOT say he should have been freed and returned to Mexico. His administration DID argue that the courts should reconsider the convictions of Mexicans who were tried and convicted without being allowed access to consulate officals, in violation of the treaty signed by the US. That could have led to a retrial, not freedom, for Jose Medillin. That’s a far cry from saying he wanted a rapist/murderer freed and returned to Mexico. The Supreme Court disagreed and Jose Medillin was executed.. By allowing the convictions to stand, other countries may feel justified in not allowing American citizens access to American consulate officials when they are arrested overseas. Learn the facts.

Dang, lets just blame illegals for everything because we are just mad about our pathetic lives. Why is all crime blamed on illegal aliens? I guess there are no Americans that are criminals? In reality it is our own American fools in our government and huge corporations that are stealing all of us blind right in our own faces, yet, every crime is blamed on illegals. I used to think a blog was read by more intellectual people, this proves my theory was wrong.

#78, Get a Clue! The Guy was here illegally – What F’kin rights would you have if you pulled that crap in Iran or Mexico. Stop being weak. It’s a double standard & it’s BS!!!

Thank You #61 for your correction of my post. While I agree that puking may be the proper spelling, I believe my treatment gives the word a much richer connotation. The pronunciation of PEUKING almost simulates the sound of the act.
I believe it is time we break free of the constraints of proper grammar and move ahead into a world where freedom of expression is allowed to be truly free.

However, I’m rather not have this name: http://www.facebook.com/marion.peuke

“I guess there are no Americans that are criminals?”
Thats called a strawman argument. Whether or not Americans commit crimes isn’t the point. The point is that ALL illegal’s have broken the law. Blaming “the corporations” is bush league.

Mayor, or anyone else, Can you please tell us where the “Claycord.com online scanner” is located on Claycord.com?

Thanks!

Actually, #81, what separates from much of the rest of the world, and makes us a better country, is that we do follow the rule of law. I’m always amazed at the way some people claim to be such strong patriots, then are happy to throw away what sets us apart from the totalitarian, communist, and dictatorship governments in the rest of the world. And your defense is that’s what THEY would have done? I would not want America to lower itself to the standards set by Iran or Mexico.

Go down on the righthand sidebar and look for the image that says “ON-AIR”, click on it then find Concord & Clayton Police.

Wow, did any of you guys even read the information before you posted your comments about the “poor victim” and how this “SCUM bag” deserves to be raped, shot, castrated and deported? A 17-year old girl had consentual sex with a guy 3 years older than her. That’s all people! No force, no duress, no fear! That’s statutory rape by law, but really it’s just a couple of rather slutty people hooking up after a 20 second encounter at the door.

Jesus folks. Calm the hell down. I can totally see how the witch hunt of the 1600′s could have happened with people like you guys around.

Thanks Mayor. The link is so big and obvious, my eyes went right past it. I think my brain assumed it was an ad!

89 Anonymous May 20, 2010 at 9:36 AM

#35 Your comments validate our points. You were in no immediate danger. STFU, go inside and log onto claycord if you want to know what’s going on. The cops have better things to do then deal with your obviously stupid question. If half the CPD force is outside your house maybe you should use some common sense and stay inside. Idiot.

90 wtf? May 20, 2010 at 9:39 AM

“consentual”?

91 Anonymous May 20, 2010 at 11:24 AM

thats some bs!! she let him in.. he didnt have forceful sex with her. the age difference isnt that much.. whats all this talk of her being a child she was 17!!!. ruining a man… yeah.. nice job. i hope they let him go id fight for him

“Hold your comments, people. Concord PD says the 17 year old girl does not want to press charges because she invited the 22 year old man in her home and they had consensual sex.”

I don’t believe it’s up to the girl in this case. The fact that she’s a minor, still makes it statutory rape. The decision now belongs with the father.

You just proved that stupid people always make excuses, thank you! And your blind comment that ALL illegals have broken the law, well I am sure you have too. Unless of course, you’re perfect.

Try and keep up……By definition an “ILLEGAL” is someone who brork the law entering the country…..wait for it…….ILLEGALLY! So yes, all ILLEGALS have broken the law, it’s not a “blind” statement, it’s a statement based in fact! Please, explain what is wrong with that statement!

96 Human Bean May 24, 2010 at 5:31 PM

The correct term is “un-documented”

Only Un-Educated people use the term “illegals”

97 Un-Educated May 24, 2010 at 6:13 PM

Then I is proud to be kounted amongst the Un-Edicated. And to think, only 6 years of collage.

They are in the Country Illegally.

98 Anonymous May 25, 2010 at 12:04 AM

The correct term is un-documented huh? If someone is “un-documented” they are here illegaly, and I will refer to them as such.
That would be the same as calling an illegal intruder in your house “un-documented” simply because they didn’t have the paperwork saying they lived there.

It’s not rape, it’s un-consentual love making! Only the un-educated call it rape!

99 Anonymous May 25, 2010 at 1:16 AM

If you want people to know you’re a dumbass keep calling them “illegals”. It’s more telling about *you* than *you* realize. That way we will have *your* number.

100 Anonymous May 25, 2010 at 8:36 AM

Explain how someone in this country ILLEGALY shouldn’t be called ILLEGAL??? Can you? How does that make me or anyone else a dumbass? Explain yourself!

It’s not rape, it’s un-consentual love making! Now only dumbasses call it rape!

101 Anonymous May 25, 2010 at 10:09 AM
